Review 1：I EXPECTED A LARGER ROOM&BED. THERE WAS A CONSIDERABLE DRAFT FROM THE OUTSIDE DOOR.i DON`T WISH TO BE NEGATIVE,BUT I COULDN`T RECOMEND THIS HOTEL.

Review 2：The bathroom was alittle too close to the bed. The door that led right out to the parking lot.

Review 4：The air conditioner did not work well and it kept getting hot in my room and I would have to decrease the temperature on the air unit-then follow the directions to turn it up until the fan went off and then it would not stay cold.

Review 8：I got a king suit because I wanted a large jet tub for two people. I even called hotel after booking to confirm I was getting a large jet tub. I live 5mins away from the hotel I booked at and when we got there it was a small jet tub to fit one person. When I was booking online the pictured showed a large corner jet tub. This is not what we got.

Review 10：wifi password only worked for 1st night. Three ants found the first morning (in the bathroom on the tile floor), a dozen were crawling around the second morning. Likely not much they can do if the building is built on sand...we didn't report it as we didn't want to have to switch rooms or have them spray chemicals to get rid of them.

Review 12：Making the bed and cleaning the room daily was a high point. The restaurant in the hotel served great food and I really appreciated the free breakfast every morning during the week.

Review 13：The hall to the restaurant from the hotel is a little confusing and requires you to walk past coatrooms and staff-only doors so it's not all that obvious you're in the right place. Also, no elevator the second storey of the back wing, meaning if you have a large bag, it's a bit of a haul.

Review 17：We arrived early, and they checked us in without any worry, we had a main floor room with a patio which my husband and I did enjoy quite a bit, because we could sit outside right in front of our room, and we could also park right in front of the room.

Review 33：Booked a king size room online. On arrival was given a double queen. No apology was made for the difference. When asked why, reception said that the room was not available when the booking was made. I would of booked another hotel if I knew the room was not available.

Review 35：We attended a wedding at the hotel. The rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Had lunch in the restaurant prior to the wedding and food was good. Food at the wedding was lovely. The customer service was wonderful and there was free wifi and parking.

Review 39：The resturants quality of food especially at dinner was horrible. My first selection had to be sent back. The staff were inconsistent - some pleasant others abrasive. The cleaniness of the room - they need to open drawers and ensure all personal items of the previous guest(s) are removed!

Review 43：Our room was on the first floor and had a door to the inner hallway plus a door to the outside, so being alone with two little children, I didn't feel terribly safe. We also were at the back of the hotel. There is an inconsistency to the interior. The lobby looks very new, but the couch in the room was very dated. There also was a lock on the bathroom door, which I hadn't expected, and my 3-year-old locked herself in but the front desk was unsure what they could do to help me get her out. Fortunately she figured it out, and we didn't need help.

Review 49：I loved the pillows!! They were awesome. We stayed in the King Suite which had a seperate sitting/living room which was nice since you didn't have to sit on the bed to watch tv. The room seemed clean and they also provided nice robes.
