Review 1：How old everything was, the blankets must have been 20 years old. And there was someone's black hair all in the blankets.

Review 3：Beds were not as comfortable (Rm106) as in past. Luggage trolleys were at a premium.

Review 11：Easy to locate, with clean lobby, rooms and dining room. Staff were friendly and helpful and even after loosing power were serving breakfast and helping clients with flashlights, I would return!

Review 12：It wasn't a bad experience. The room I was in was adjacent to the parking lot. I couldn't open my curtains because cars parked right outside my window.

Review 14：I found the bed very uncomfortable for two people to sleep in although apparently the mattresses were only 2 months old. They were too soft and sagged in the middle. As we were in the middle of a long trip, it was unfortunate that we did not get a restful sleep. The breakfast - advertized as hot - as not.

Review 18：The fact that asking for two queen bed room was actually a bed and a very hard couch hide bed. The free wifi was slow and nearly unusable. They switched us and gave us a handicap room without our knowledge. we could tell our room originally designated for us had been switch by the cross thru on the key card holder. A handicap bathroom is harder to use if not actually handicapped! Toilet too high.

Review 23：The staff was knowledgeable and friendly which made our decision to spend an extra night. I was surprised the place only had a 2 star rating and after staying there I realized how they could get a better rating. The bed, I felt was on the soft lumpy side, the air conditioner is an older wall type, the toilet seat could have been replaced and the outlet by the bed for the night lamp must have had a loose wire as every time you wiggled it the lamp flickered on or off. If these things were upgraded I would give this place a 4 star with the only thing missing is an outdoor patio, when one visits the mountains one would rather sit outside to eat or have an after dinner drink

Review 55：The lighting in the washroom was not engery efficient, it created lots of heat, that created humidity and their was a message saying to keep washroom door closed or it would set off the fire alarm, I would recommend they update to engery efficient bulbs to keep the heat down not creating humidity.

Review 57：My rating is based on the some taken as a pre-authorization. The hotel pre-authorizes extra $65 on top of the room rate as a security deposit. In my eyes, it's like taking extra money from my pocket and putting it somewhere else. I would strongly suggest refrain from giving business to places who play with your money like it's theirs. This hotel is one of them. P.S. if that wasn't enough, the next day I was informed that the money was charged instead of being pre-authorized. I was refunded for the difference though.

Review 61：The bed in our room was awful. We both had sore necks from the overstuffed pillows, and sore backs in the morning. This was the only negative. Checkout was slow..I think it must have been someone new on.

Review 62：We were at a family wedding there. The room was set up nicely in advance with lots of time for the family to decorate the room. The food was excellent at the wedding, the wait staff prompt with clearing the tables, and the bar staff quick and friendly. The rooms had fridges and microwaves. Lots of free parking was available.
