Review 1：Booked on line and the young lady at the desk said that our reservation had been put in for a different day so she put into a better room for the same price that was quoted. Staff was great. Perked my car there for a week...excellent.

Review 2：I said I had a bum knee and they didn't listen and put me upstairs after I told them should pay attetion to the little things

Review 4：When we arrived, we didn't feel welcomed. No information was given us about check out time, WiFi, the pool, or breakfast schedule. Three people were behind the counter and we were the only check ins but still stood for a bit before we were greeted or helped. Poor lighting in the room, no microwave, and the bathroom was tiny.

Review 5：The room was quiet, adequate heating/cooling, and the bed was comfortable.

Review 6：Extremely noisy the night I was there. Had to phone the desk at 1:00 am due to having been woken up for the third time by partying guests. Did not sleep well at all. Also I unfortunately left an item in my room hanging on the back of the bathroom door and it took five or dix days to have the staff locate it and confirm that they had it. I did finally receive it at my next destination. Not impressed with the time and all the discussion that took place to have it returned.

Review 8：The shower was awful - no water pressure and the hot water was limited. Bring your own pillows as the ones I had were very uncomfortable. Hotel is very dated and needs a face lift but otherwise fine. I would stay there again hoping to get a better shower and bed in a different room.

Review 9：The food in the on-site restaurant was really good! The staff was very friendly and hotel was very clean.

Review 10：My room was difficult to find, I would have appreciated to be shown a map of the hotel when I was given my key. There is no elevator, and the entrance was far from my room, it's not cool when you have lots of luggage ! No microwave in the room. I found it too expensive for what it was and no breakfast included !

Review 12：There were dog fleas in the room. Lots of them!! We bought Raid bug spray to spray everywhere because we didn't want them to infest our wee doggie. Please spray the room thoroughly after each pet leaves.

Review 14：The place is rundown. Carpets were disgusting. Furnishings are from the 70's. No fridge or microwave. Maybe in its day it was "the place" to stay. Today it the place to stay if you can't find anything else.

Review 20：I requested a queen bed room instead got 2 doubles. Lady member if staff not very friendly at check in and she didn't seem to know I had requested a ground floor room with parking outside the door. The room smelt of old socks when I first walked in. The computer in the lobby was so old and slow I was not able to do anything on it. It should be removed or replaced. The advertised free Wi-Fi in my room was extremely flaky and would cut out about every 5 mins. They had a food special on in the restaurant at 9:30pm. When I got there at 10:40 was told that they don't take orders that late which was very disappointing. On check out I handed a room survey card with all the above written on it to the Manager at the front desk. I checked the box that said I didn't mind being contacted by them about any concerns and put my phone number on it. So far I have heard nothing from them.

Review 22：The facility is older and well worn.. Furnishings are old, there is no way to adjust the central heat/air conditioning, the window screen was ripped, and the bathroom was missing some essentials. This was a place to stay when nothing better was available.

Staff were very friendly and the airport shuttle is free and fast. The room decor is a little dated but the room was very clean and very large.

Review 50：The cost and cleanliness of the Airlane were excellent. The staff is helpful and I never had a problem with the cleaning staff coming too early or too late. The bed felt too soft at first, but provided excellent sleep comfort. The room had a microwave and fridge and the vending machines are well stocked and plentiful.

She never came back to see if we cared for any thing else.

Review 65：No elevator. I love to use the stairs but hauling 3 pieces of luggage up steep stairs is ridiculous. No decent fitness area - a makeshift area out the back of the kitchen with 3 pieces of equipment and 2 out of order. This is a deal breaker. Having a fitness area with decent equipment is on par with having access to good high speed internet. Bathroom sink rusted; mold around tub/shower; awkward placement of furniture in room. Overall appearance of room is one of 'worm out'.

Review 68：Outdated decor. Non smoking room smelled strongly of perfumed air freshened (likely due to 20+ years of being a smoking room). Entire place looked tired and it looked like a formerly nice hotel that is in desperate need of a renovation to offer a clean, modern alternative to the newer hotels. It was one of two hotels (out if 20) with a room left which was good for me to get a room last minute (Wednesday night) but is also telling...

Doors with knobs that were loose and didn't work; parts missing from coffee machine; musty bad smell everywhere; furniture and carpet filthy; lobby furniture with material ripped....had we not arrived so late, we would have turned around and went elsewhere; which is exactly what we did for our next three nights.
