Review 1：poor structure that needs a complete renovation! Rio Gallegos isn't nice at all but an obliged stop over on the road to Ushuaia by bus. For this reason prices are extremely high. We paid 50 € for the room and 10 € for the dinner. Completely unfair!

Review 3：Checkout at 10:00 is too early, especially considering the fact that Rio Gallegos is just a 1 night stay for most people (as there is basically nothing to do or see over here). The hotel was not flexible with this. Friendliness of staff could be better in general.
Review 4：La Posada offers proper meals (meat, veggies) for only 100pesos with a drink included. Ideal after a long bus trip. It has a family hostel atmosphere, which I found nice.

Review 12：The heating was out of order. Two towels and one and a half soap for three people. The shower was poor. There was no wardrobe or extra blankets.

Review 14：Spiders in the bathroom, hallway smelled of feces, room was too hot and heater couldn't be shut off, breakfast consisted of cold toast, and room door couldn't be locked.
Review 15：We arrived at the hostel at midnight and it took half an hour to do thecheck-in, besides the wi-fi didn't work at that time. The room areextremly small and overpriced. The sheets my firends had in their bedwere dirty with spots and hairs. The breakfast is ridicolous: one tinyconfection of dulce de leche, one tiny confection of butter, two slicesof bread, one cup of tea/coffee: that's it. I asked for jam,they told me it wasn't available: "sòlo dulce de leche".The lady who works in the morning is really unfriendly. When we did thecheck-in at night they didn't have the correct change and told usthey would have given the few pesos the owed us in the morning. We hadthem back only 5 seconds before leaving the hostel and had to askexpressly for them. It's not about the money (it was just a fewcoins) but it's about manners. Don't go to thishostel/posada!
Review 16：Awful bed, tiny room, gas heater which looked like it was broken, when we turned off the heater, the room still stank of gas, bathroom was manky. We chose it because we just needed somewhere to rest our heads before a flight. The costs was $us 48 and that was overpriced. We couldn't wait to leave and were grateful we woke up rather than dying through gas poisoning.

Review 18：Staff is absolutely the best. The owner went out of his way for us. We have never had such a welcoming attention. The atmosphere there is a lot like a big family. If you are visiting Rio Gallegos for a few days, I would highly recommand this hostel !
