Review 1：Outside temperatures in the 40's F, inside temps only in 50's. We couldn't take showers in the morning as it was too cold! Would not go back, it was a lovely motel in it's day, but has been neglected for 20 years or so.....
Review 2：Large rooms, firm comfortable mattress, 3 beds for 3 adults.

Review 4：The location and quietness of the location, near many businesses. Most of the hotels were booked for this weekend due to a hickey torunament but for the money and what I needed tha facility was good.
Review 5：Musty smell in office. No shampoo in the bathroom; bring your own.
Review 6：Great availability. Checked in late at night while they held the room without having to provide a CC. Asked to have the windows open so everything was fresh when we arrived which they did. No bed-bugs.
Review 7：The room was clean and met our needs. It is hard to find rooms big enough to accomodate us all. We were happy, the kids were disappointed that the pool was not open.
Review 8：I booked and paid for a queen bed but only received a double. Thepillows were flat nothing left to them. Everything we put in therefridge froze. When we left our unit we left the airconditioner on asit was really hot and humid, when we returned they had come and turnedit off and emptied the garbage nothing else, when we got back the roomwas so hot.

Review 21：This motel is very outdated, 70's. on the add it said newly renovated (not at all) curtains hanging half off dirt on walls and dirty beds.

Review 24：I was overcharged.... and then told that I was given a bigger room to justify the extra cost. I told them I wanted the rooms that I had booked. They gave me cash back for the difference but didn't give me the extra tax I had paid (I didn't notice it at the time). The motel office was about 100 degrees.... no exaggeration! The furniture is very cheap looking. No pictures on the walls. My room was opposite the garbage area which was packed and smelly. I had breathing problems in the night (as did my parents in another room) and suspect there could be mold (it was hot and humid out).
Review 25：The rooms were very clean. The bathroom was large and looked newly renovated (best part of the motel room). Glad to see they had a fridge and microwave (although I didn't know in advance). Bed was okay.
Review 26：The room was initially quite hot as everything was turned off. Has a window air conditioner which did the job but was quite noisy. Fan rattled when condenser was running. Needed it all night. Did not have some of extras like shampoo bottles but I was ok with that.
Review 27：Rooms were clean, had small fridge and microwave which I used. Front desk serviced by family who appear to own the place and live in adjoining apartment or expanded unit. Someone was available ok when I needed extra key. Pool available if you wanted one. Was close to 402.
Review 28：Outside door did not close all the way. Bathroom door would not close b/c of all the paint layers. Refrigerator and air conditioner was not plugged in even though they knew we were coming. It took 2 hrs for the room to cool down and 3 hrs for the fridge to get cold. We also did not like that there was no breakfast provided. Staff was not properly dressed for visitors.

Review 30：It was the hotest weekend of the year and the lacrosse boys wanted to swim. They advertise a pool but it was not open outside. They said they open it July 1. Open it sooner and we will be back next year same time. All the hotels our other players stayed at had their outdoor pools open!
Review 31：We easily fit six adults in a family unit but not six chairs for eating in kitchen. Place was clean and we got extra towels and a late checkout without any hassle. It was close to the arenas where we we playing lactose and close to groceries and restaurants. The border is a straight drive down the road.
