Review 1：Narrow Parking in basement. In spite of sufficient English series of guide, no English TV!

Dinner was excellent value for money with a pianist playing throughout the dinner. Such a pleasure to listen to a piano rather than muzak or loud voices!! Front desk staff were pleasant and polite.

Review 31：We stopped off here for one night on our drive from Munich to Geneva. The hotel, which is family-run, is a real gem. Service from all the staff was excellent including the waiter who looked a little under-pressure to prepare the Crepe Suzette... well done, it was delicious! We used the onsite car park. Breakfast was great but the Spa was truly fantastic.It was a shame we were only there for the one night - I would thoroughly recommend the spa to anyone - if you are visiting a spa this side of Switzerland for the first time be prepared to undress accordingly :-) .The rooms were very warm and cozy and the beds/duvet/pillows sent us off to sleep in less than the blink of an eye. The apartment had a balcony overlooking lake Lucerne. Just one more point - my wife had left an item of clothing in the room. The hotel contacted us and agreed to post it to our home address... where does this happen??!! Thanks Stefanie and team

Review 32：Location. Beautiful. Relaxing. Walked around village. Fine dining in Gerbi Bistro. Lovely breakfast, helpful friendly staff. Boat from Lucerne docks hourly . Indoor swimming pool. Table tennis. Not impersonal, warm and homely. Left a couple of parcels on boat and staff followed up daily for us with Lost and Found and we managed to get all our parcels back. Will definitely return one day.
