The breakfast wasfantastic!!! The hotel decor is gorgeous! The property is a work of art.And the location is the best in the city! This is the place to stay! They even rounded up an iphone charger for us!

Review 3:Breakfast is fine. However, a scrambled egg is for free but one has to pay extra for cooked or poched egg...

Review 4:Friendly staff, Location, Small size hotel

Review 5:They dont even had seperate menues for lunch and dinner in the restuarant in the hotel.

Review 6:OK hotel for sleeping, but it is not the quality you found in Relais & Chateau-hotel in Europe.

Review 7:Breakfast was poor and there is some maintenance to be done in some places of the building. The fact that the parking was not included was also a bit of a turn off.

Review 8:View from room 17 was stunning, the staff was really nice and helpfull. The decoration of the library was a nice touch.

Review 9:The breakfast is served in the restaurant area and it was very cold in the morning.

Review 10:The spa, the indoor pool, the hot tube, the architecture.

Review 11:Ridiculous service. Definitely doesn't worth the price. Restaurant Alegre was closed on a Saturday night, even though we had a reservation.

Review 12:Available parking friendly staff great view

Review 13:Great Service and excelent food. Amazing piano player at the piano bar.

Review 14:Very difficult to find Bathroom too small NO room for bags

Review 15:Friendly staff Central location

Review 16:FURNITURE INTERIOR DECORATION BAR VERY POOR

Review 17:LOCATION BUILDING VIEW STAFF

Review 18:The relation price/quality is not fair. The heating in the rooms were uncontrollable, and even though the hotel is nice does not worth it's cost

Review 19:The hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful.

Review 20:The architecture and interior furnishings were wonderful; highest praise to the attentive and lovely staff in the dining room and the very efficient and pleasant staff in reception. Very nice to stay in a room that was not only very comfortable but used furnishings and art that reflected Peru. Would definitely stay again.

Review 21:Breakfast starting at 8.30 is too late 7-7.30 would be better.

Review 22:Beautiful building, clean, lovely relaxing reception rooms and library. Absolutely superb breakfast & restaurant with El Bulli chef. A truly fabulous stay. We really loved it. Amazing! Thank you!

Review 23:Beautiful hotel, room, and they really made it special for us for our honeymoon. They brought us a little treat for turn down service and one night we found a bottle of sparkling wine and macaroons. The staff really went above and beyond calling 4 restaurants for us to find a place for dinner on a Sunday/Monday night when everything is closed. A bartender even showed us how to make a really good pisco sour. Everyone was friendly and helpful, location is great, and I would DEFINITELY consider returning when we come back to Valparaiso.

Review 24:Really need some Car park, there wasn't balance on dinner menu...kind a greasy for me

Review 25:Room interior, spa, breakfast every detail things are beautiful! I never seen that beautiful and tasty morning meal!!

Review 26:As a solo traveller it was great to have such a proficient team looking after me. Everyone just went that one step further. Whether it was to get me late reservation at the last minute or to think about asking me if I need something to drink while u waited for the taxi. Really felt very special staying here!

Review 27:Only stayed there for the one night; and it made the next 4* hotel seemso ordinary by comparison.

Review 28:The hotel itself is fantastic. A old building in a perfect locationlovingly restored and modernised. The perfect location in Valpo. Therooms and bathrooms were luxurious (if not huge) but still 5* Thebreakfast was fantastic: being a small hotel, there wasn't a hugeboring same old buffet waiting; instead you got exactly what you askedfor: fresh fruit juice, fresh fruit platter, scrambled eggs, brownbread, cheese etc. And most importantly, the coffee was great (unlike alot of Santiago). Quality and freshness was the order of the day. Thenwe get to the service: it was a quiet time (winter solstice) so thestaff unasked upgraded us and were a delight throughout. Don't askme for names: they were all wonderful.Stayed at a lot of 4* hotels over the years and this was by far the pick of the crop.

Review 29:No AC. Poor wifi in some rooms. Some rooms very small and very little windows.
