Review 1：The neighborhood is a little creepy.

Review 2：The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly. There is a parking space if you have a car. Close to the beach.

Review 3：The horrible smell of food in the hotel. I was about to vomit each time I go out out of my room and in the elevator. Until now, I puke when I remember the smell.

Review 5：cleanliness, poor facilities & poor maintenance. Let them fill the joints of floor tiles with grout and clean the dirt from the faucets at least. Need pest control and proper ventilation in corridors to avoid stinking.

Review 7：We arrived at the hotel but receptionist didn't give us room because my id was expired and it was on renewal. Receptionist talked to supervisor but she told need original id. Even though i had my valid passport copy and the id was expired less then one month.last time the manager of the hotel allow us to checked in. But i don't know why this time the decision was different.

Review 8：Very dirty inside the rooms. Seems like someone puked on the walls and door in the bathroom and no one ever cleaned it. The sink is leaking in the bathroom as well. We stayed there for 4 days, no one came to give extra toilet paper,clean a garbage, or tuck a bed. Curtains are with strange brown stains and holes from smoking. Wooden parts of beds are in grease stains and who knows where this stains came from. Plus it's named like non smoking room but it smells like everyone was smoking all around. I think it was the worst hotel in my life. Very, very,very dirty.

Review 13：I love the kitchen unit inside the studio apartment,it just like a self contained room,with everything,the price per room is very encouraging, below 200aed per room,closed to the beach,free wifi,the door boys reception is 200%,the receptionist are lovely,there's cup,plates etc in the room kitchen unit incase you wanna cook,a kettle in case if tea,its just like a home away from home.the bed is like heaven on earth

Review 22：Being repeater guests,It would have been icing on our cake if there was something like bed decoration on arrival day to signify that we are repeaters. Even common, "you are welcome back" greeting.That would have added to sweet memory we have. Except that, all others are perfect.

Review 23：Upon being flexible with our early checked in,the Indian lady that checked us in also very flexible to change our room to preferred room 205 as it has good view.The following day we checked in, we forgot our bag in a taxi that took us to Derra. We assumed it gone forever as we didnt have any info about the taxi.We told Arab lady,Quratulain (apology if i dont get the name right) who was very fast in thinking with her electrifying and beautiful smile, to search through their CCTV to identify the colour of the taxi that picked us in front of the hotel. Amazingly,we went to the taxi office and eventually got our bag back with all the contents there in.This shows that they really care for their guests. Moreso, being repeater guests at Sarah hotel, we noticed a lot of improvement in the facility. That means the management is doing a lot of maintenance. We were a bit more demanding because of our 22-month old boy and virtually all our requests were urgently attended to. Yes, another thing, i had problem with sport channel while we were there in 2013 but this year, i watched all the EPL matches live throughout our stay.Infact, our friend that we shared our experience with has promised to go with us next year for holiday. It was really amazing stay for us.We are missing Sarah hotel already.

Review 24：Instead of knocking the doors there should be bell on every type of room in the hotel!! And need to check the phone line also coz when I was on that hotel room phone was not working properly!!!

With this price it's very rare to find anything like this The bed was great, nice and big and comfortable. The shower was amazing the hot water worked well and the shower is nice and big. The wifi was very fast and never was a problem. everything was excellent. Comfortable clean quite and perfect location. Staff was very polite. Everything! Service was great, both receptionists really helpful! Room really clean and cosy. Big bathroom and comfy bed. Close to all main attractions. Great room amenities.

Review 70：Serving shower water not that hot enough to Asian people, and where is the winter season and mostly the terperature close to 10c--15c. So hope the water can getting hot and lasting enough.

Review 72：There were several issues with my room upon arrival. The front desk manager was very professional and quickly resolved the issues, but it would be better if they had been spotted and resolved before check in. Price has gone up since last year without significant improvement in services.
