Review 1：i don't expect a 4 star hotel to charge a fee for TVs remote control, use of fridge or safety deposit box. This was not mentioned in the hotel description. The tv in the room was covered in dust the patio door was dirty, no towel change and the tea cups were not washed after the maid had been.

Review 8：Having stayed in many similar hotels where the main intention is just to have a bedroom as a base - I was particularly impressed with almost everything - room, breakfast, dinner and pool area were all above my expectations - and most of all the price was great value and the staff really friendly.

Review 9：Even that we searched with booking.com filters and added our twochildren the Tsokkos gardens hotel came in the results with the offeredroom for eur 303 for three nights halfboard. We booked it and next daywe get a call that we have to pay eur75 for one of the children. We didnot like this and we called booking.com to cancel and then they offeredus a discounted fee of eur45. We accepted and proceeded. Arrivingthere..... Need to pay for the wifi @ expensive prices per hour in ahotel with very poor-hard to find wireless signal. I needed to leavethe hotel and go to another cafe near the area to do my online tasksfor my job. Need to deposit money for the remote control of the tv (atv set from the 1990s with broken buttons). The Swimming pool view roomhas a pitch black pool view (they would not switch on any swimming poollighting). Need to deposit money for towels used in swimming pool.Waiters did not speak Greek. Food large quantity with very poorquality. The buffet had a large variety and we have tried almosteverything. 95% of the food was very poor. Same with breakfast but tobe fair a bit better.We booked under half board and thought we found a good deal but we CHECKED OUT after our first night since we have had enough.We went to another hotel in the area and paid a bit more but me my other half and kids were very satisfied. (Not mentioning the other Hotel name since would not be an ethical review)With remaining two more days we asked for a compensation/refund but they are sending us to claim from booking.com and booking.com is waiting for their approval. Its been almost two weeks and we did not get a reply.Their booking office lied to booking.com that they have offered us an alternative hotel room. (they never did)Would never suggest this hotel to anybody who is looking for something extra to a motel. The authority that gives 4 stars has to check more often and remove some stars from places like this that do not deserve them.

Review 10：The receptionist tried to help but the instructions are coming from acentralized office of Tsokkos Hotels that lied to booking that they havegiven us alternative hotel room options (some one with name kostantina& her supervisor giorgos are the people we have talked)

Review 11：The staff was unfriendly, 4th carpets in the passage on the 4th floor is filthy, you pay for the fridge to be opened, no soap in bathroom, I will ensure that none of my friends or business acquaintances ever stay at a Tsokkos hotel- 4 star prices for 2 star stay.

Review 15：We booked and paid for Tsokkos hotel 2 weeks before we visit the place. One day before our holidays, they told us that the hotel is fully booked and they are re-locating us to Marlita - Tsokkos apartment! We were not satisfied with this. Very unprofessional!
