Review 1：Tried to cancel because of eminent family death. No, Booking. Com wouldnot. I'm a fairly prolific traveler but will never book on thiswebsite again. There are too many good sites available.

Review 2：Really too expensive for what you get. Quite small room. Breakfast is modest. Door of the bathroom too heavy. We had to wait more than half an hour for two drinks we ordered at the bar.

Review 3：The location is good, room is ok but small for the price. View from the room to the bay is attractive.

Review 4：I had a great time in general. Unfortunately, had a weak finish- had to leave to catch a 9 AM bus, and had scheduled a taxi with plenty of time to spare. But their internet wasn't working and they had no record of my booking, so it took over 15 minutes just to get my quote, another 5 to pay- the receptionist said casually "oh, you'll make it no problem" Well no, she was wrong. Missed my bus, had a two hour wait for the next one (New's Years Day) completely on them. Furthermore the cab driver who they picked and spoke no English charged me 1000 more than the receptionist said! A slightly bitter ending to an otherwise great stay.

Review 5：This hotel is so well-located- such great opportunities and sights throughout the local neighborhood- coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques. Paying the extra for the ocean view is a total no-brainer (amazing views!) Breakfast was nice. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

Review 6：There was no elevator 3 floors the stairs were thin and made of iron not enough handrails to hold on safely . Sign that read no heels allowed Our room was in front a light post that it was a torture and the people socialized like they were inside our room No hotel safe asked front desk to safeguard our passports they were put in a drawer and given to another guest Bc other staff did not know who they belonged to. Guest came to our door to inform us that they had our passports. Extremely expensive for size it was like closet. I would never stay here again.

Review 10：Internet was either weak or unstable while we were there. We had the Room with "mountain view" which was basically to the street..not a problem except it was very noisy at night from anyone passing by or coming and going from the hotel. On top of that the room does not have working aircon (only a fan), so we had to keep the windows open which made it even louder. The first night there I could not sleep because of people laughing and talking at night right below our room.

Review 13：We received a warm welcome. The hotel is well placed with restaurants and cafes close by. The hotel is of a modern design and our room had large windows overlooking the bay. Breakfast was good. The staff were helpful and spoke good English.

Review 16：The sink and the shower in our room were clogged. It seemed to be clean, but if you look carefully, you will find dirt under the bed and in the bathroom. Breakfast was just ok. There were 3 ladies working in the breakfast buffet, but they were always talking to each other and they didn't care about refilling the buffet table. We had to always ask for coffee, fruit etc, because it was always empty. The decoration of the hotel was nothing special for a boutique hotel. It looked just like any other hotel from a big hotel chain. Tasteless. There are better options.

Review 25：I would travel a long way to come to this hotel, it is the best! Small number of rooms, beautifully designed. Comfortable bed, (a bit soft though). Nice breakfasts. Yes WiFi a bit on or off but there's three networks to choose from, and the staff are helpful. But the best thing is to wake up to that view everyday and the sun streaming into the room.

Review 32：My room was so perfect, the view was incredible, over looking the ocean with own balcony. The position of the hotel felt very safe close by to some well established restaurants which were lovely. The staff were so accommodating with directions and making me feel comfortable.

Review 33：Staff tried to open our door with unlabeled keys when we arrived and had to run back and forth to locate the correct key. Not a big problem -until one afternoon, in the middle of our rest (descanso), other staff/ the proprietors arrived at our door and tried out other keys with a feeble excuse for interrupting us. Label the keys!!

Review 38：we were given a room on the second floor facing the front, it was noisy and the hotel security lights made it difficult to sleep. we noticed a room on the first floor was vacant we asked to be moved but were told it was unavailable. the room remained empty the whole time we were there. i thought we should have been moved.

Review 84：Stay away from this location on Saturdays. The local disco plays until 5 am and you can hear every beat, whether you want to or not. Finding the hotel is a challenge and parking is nearly impossible. Park down the hill and take a cab.
