Review 1：Pretty sure there are better rooms but room 31 is a no go. Size of a closet. Bed takes up most of available space. Bed lumpy. No tub. This room is not even worth the low 59$ price tag. Included breakfast not great nor kept up to supply the number of people booked.

Review 11：The motel is dated and noise could be an issue as the place is close to a busy highway. The motel has thin walls so you can hear your neighbours if they are noisy. I thought the price was a bit expensive for what was offered which included a very mediocre breakfast plus a fairly small standard room.
Review 12：I didn't even have to ask but the staff person I dealt with initially assigned me to a quiet room on the second floor away from the traffic noise. The room was comfortable enough and the place was within walking distance of the town.

Review 25：We were there in August. The weather was very hot and they do not have air conditioning. There was a fan in the room plus a ceiling fan but it was almost too hot to sleep. The continental breakfast room was extremely small and completely unattended. The breakfast room was also not air conditioned and it was very warm. The bathroom is, for lack of a more thought-out description, in the middle of the eating area with its door having been located directly beside an awkward coffee station and within a few feet of our table. We ended up just having toast because no one was staying on top of restocking the food - or coffee supplies, for that matter. The fridge did not work properly in the room so we were unable to use it. Don't come here for the breakfast. Unless you can sleep in a hot room, don't stay here.

Review 32：Friendly and accomodating staff. Close to beach and mini golf was a fun bonus. New beds, which one of us found very comfortable, but the other woke up with a severely sore back (this is an individual problem and wouldn't likely be a concern for everyone). Because of this, we chose not to stay there for a second night and appreciated the effort the staff went to, not to charge us for the reservation.

Review 41：Our ground floor room was a bit noisy, probably because it was located next to the office (Room #25) and everyone passed by on the way there. Make sure to get a room away from the office or on the second floor. There was no A/C in the room so our room was a bit stuffy from the heat.

Review 51：there was no conditioner in the room. In a hot weather, it is hard to survive at night under the roof, with a smallest window and no fresh air in a room. Staff provided us with additional fan, and we had our own extension wire to plug the fan outside of the room so get a bit fresh air into the room.

It was very clean and comfortable. A great location with a fair breakfast. I loved it here and I would definitely stay again.

Review 69：Late in the evening someone in other suite behind our bathroom turned on the sink taps which caused us to wake up as we were falling asleep. Room was hot when we walked in at about 4:45 pm. The small top window was open, ceiling fan was on and there was a small fan on the floor facong the door which was on. The coffee in room had good flavour. We were both happy with the overall pkg, thank you. Mini golf was awesome and in great shape. Morning breakfast was kept stocked with appealing itens and good coffee. Everyone in there with us seemed content with the choices. If i may make a suggestion..healthy muffins versus the cake kind. There was white ones more like cupcakes and then a couple of brown ones like carrot maybe. I took a bite snd gave it to my mum. Perhaps blueberry bran as one and real carrot cinnamon or banana..as the other.

Review 74：We stayed during a very warm period. There was no AC, but staff provided fans to make it more comfortable. AC would be a nice improvement in future renovations. Managers are working to update, but our room definitely could have used refreshing and updating (carpet, linens, upgraded bathrooms) and I assume this is in the plans.

Review 78：We arrived early and knew we couldn't check in for at least 4 hours. When we asked the earliest time we could check in, without hesitation the gentleman at the from checked our room number, said he'd see if the room happen to be ready early and then checked us in and allowed us to go to our room. It would have been so easy to just turn us away until check-in time, but he went out of his way to not only look up our room in the computer but check the actual room personally, to ensure it was ready for us. Nice customer service in a day and age where it's easy to just say no, sorry.

Review 81：Tiny towels, no spares in the room, No hair-dryer, just a little motel-sized one would have been a welcome sight. For the rest it was kind of accentuated because of the heat which is weather so ... only so much can be done, but ... no AC and it was a scorcher. Ceiling fan and task fan helped a bit but it was like sleeping in a wind-tunnel as the window was tiny so it just circulated ... think convection oven. Ice Machine is in office which is locked up at night ... no ice available without driving to 24hr convenience store after office closed ... or walking to any other nearby hotel and scamming some if you dare. Location is good but really no view of the water ... which was really brought to light by the Fireworks we could almost see. Because of how the building is angled there didn't appear to be a hot or cold side of the building ... north side was west-facing so hot in the evenings. South side is east-facing so sun from dawn to afternoon.

Air conditioning would have been helpful as both rooms we stayed in were very hot. The noise between rooms was very loud. I could herd our neighbours beside and behind talk, shower, walk, etc.

Review 111：Central location. Room on the side away from road. Access to ocean. Mini golf. Barbacues, grassy areas. Safety. Friendly and caring managers. I usually travel with my husband and felt safe alonehere. Managers gave me great directions and were very kind as I had had to leave my eldest daughter with family to attend her to the hospital. I also had just come through a horribly long and annoying traffic jam on the highway where cars were overheating, people were pulled over tslking on their cell phones, very upset and even crying. The manager calmed me down with lots of empathy, a hug and some deepbreathing. Aweso e. I hada worry free night and safe feeling stay. I will always go back there. The price is right too. 59.00 for a queen size bedin a lovely room where I could leave the door open and enjoy the falling dark. Lots of cha nnels on the tv. Quiet. Breakfast was good. Other travelors friendly and helpful. I gave the manager a card and a littlt gift and don't you know it was her birthday! Just that kind of place.

All the towels, chairs, sandals, beer cans and other stuff were all over the area our room was and in front of it. We couldn't walk on the side walk to get to our room. We needed to walk on the grass. Air conditioning would of been nice. It was very hot that day and it was a bit stuffy in the room. Even with the fan on.
