Lithos Holiday Villas sells fast on our site. Located in Peyia village, in Coral Bay area, Lithos Holiday Villas is a stone-built complex with private swimming pool and views over the Meditarranean Sea. It offers very spacious accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen and hot tub.
Following the local style, Lithos Villas feature traditional furnishings and wooden-beamed floors. They offer a dining area and a spacious living room with fireplace, satellite LCD TV and DVD player. Other facilities include a dishwasher, stove and iron. Upon arrival guests receive a welcome basket of essential breakfast items that includes milk, coffee, tea, sugar, juice, bread and jam.
All villas have a private balcony overlooking the sea. They also open out to a stone-paved terrace with sun beds and a shaded seating area and BBQ facilities.
Guests can reach the popular Coral Bay Beach within a 5-minute drive. Paphos International Airport is a 30-minute drive away. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout and free parking is possible on site.

Review 1：The swimming pool was really cold, making it almost impossible to swim there...much colder than the sea. So despite a nice pool in front of the villa we did not use it at all.
Review 2：Everything; we ended up with upgrade from a normal to a 3-bedroom villa so we felt like in a palace. Andros, the host, was very helpful, friendly and nice person, his welcome package with food, fruits and wine was great!
Review 3：The villa was lovely, the garden beautiful and the pool was just a step away from the front door. The welcome pack was more than adequate which meant that we didn't have to go to the supermarket before going to the villa.

Review 9：Currently on our last day at the 2 bed 2 bath Villa Gardenia and wewould highly recommend. Lithos village is a small complex of high endvillas about a mile inland from Coral Bay. . Car recommended.Spectacular views from the roof terrace, the villa itself is notoverlooked, has a great pool, hot tub, bbq and is well equipped insidewith satellite tv, dvd, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Traditionalinside and very comfortable. Also has the bonus of air conditioning andWiFi at no extra charge. Paphos is only a 15 min drive away and is agreat day out, Coral bay a little commercialized for us but plenty ofplaces to eat. Further on to the far side of Coral bay is a little moretraditional. We only booked for 4 nights but have enjoyed the villa somuch we extended for a further 3 nights, will be sorry to leave.
