Review 1：I loved the location, It was complete with what we were looking for. I can see that during pleasant weather conditions this unit would be spectacular. I would stay there again. No hesitation!
Review 2：If you are back after 5 pm in the off season there is no one in the office till morning so just prepare. We were ground floor and there is a suite above, people were like elephants but if you had reasonable guests above I would assume it would be alright.
Review 3：Nice place, very cosy, easy to get to, views are stunning. Everything handy and nice beachfront to stroll.
Review 4：Hearing the people above us using the bathroom and other noises. Studio with the bed jammed in by the fireplace made the space feel very small. Perhaps a murphy bed might good fit.

Review 9：The ramp from the ocean view apartments was quite steep and might be difficult for those with mobility issues. However it did provide a small workout.
Review 10：The view from the apartment was wonderful. Both sunrise and sunset were spectacular even though we only faced the sunrise. We loved the walk along the beach. Rathtrevor Provincial Park was only a short distance away. The English style pub next door was very convenient.
Review 11：My daughter and I stayed here in May....beautiful location with oceanfront view and just steps to the beach. Staff were friendly and the price was reasonable, we'll definitely be back.
Review 12：By the photos I thought it was beach front. You actually have to ask for beach front and make sure you are not simply on the top of the property overlooking the ocean, unless you want a long jaunt down to get to the beach and a long walk back up. This is a big problem for those with mobility issues or who just expected the convenience and beauty of beach front. I will never make that mistake again if I return.

Review 14：The unit was very nicely decorated but a little more would make a big difference, closet doors and bathroom doors need replacing as they look a little shabby. Somewhat offset by the rest of the decor.but very noticeable.

Review 16：Bath tub very slow to drain. Moved coffee table to pull out sofa bed and the carpet was covered in old chips and crumbs. The people below us slammed their door for 2 1/2 hours non stop, it was between 7:30 and 9:30pm, wanted to call the front desk to complain, but it shuts down at 7pm. It was very irritating and disturbed our night. First time my daughter and I had ever been away together just the 2 of us and it was VERY disappointing :(

Review 19：We checked in with ease. The condo was clean and well laid out. Beautiful view from the balcony. Bed was comfortable as was the pull out couch. Location was close to everything.

Review 57：Checked in at 6:00 on Friday night of a long weekend and there was no one in the office instructions posted on door to call emergency number but no phone available. Plugged drain in bathtub,chips in the pullout sofa, no fan in the bathroom. No one in the office to check us out at 10:30 , which just seemed very weird, after our arrival experience. This did not make for a very welcoming experience overall

Review 61：Extremely small 1 bedroom suite. Extremely small bedroom. No closet in bedroom. No maid service. No dishwasher. No oven. Very small fridge. No place to put suitcases. A lot of signs telling what we could not do i.e. Do not remove plastic from tables. I will never stay at Madrona Beach Resort again however I will go back to Parksville but stay at a better class resort.
