Review 1：Room was lacking basic amenities you expect from a hotel; shampoo, hair dryer, only 1 little bar of soap. Was ok value for the price but certainly nothing special.

Review 3：It looked run down from the outside. Not within walking distance of Summerside activities.
Review 4：The location was good for us as we were heading to the bridge the next morning. The room was very large and had a full kitchen and eating area.

Review 6：Don't judge a book by its cover...The outside didn't look too appealing and the road construction didn't help either. But the room was clean and it included a small kitchenette. Some of the more expensive hotels sometimes don't even have a fridge. So this was a nice bonus. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The map showed the motel much further from the beach but the town is so small the drive is under 5 minutes. One can pay much more for other hotels but if all you're needing is a clean and comfortable place to stay the night, this place will do for a lot less money. I would stay here again for sure.
Review 7：No restaurant handy (charming diner next door is out of business) -- just a bare bones Tim Horton's in service stn. 2 doors over. Air conditioner intolerably noisy - luckily, a cool evening & open windows were fine at night (even with drapes closed) because traffic noise is hardly noticeable.
Review 8：Extremely clean, bright, quiet (except air conditioner), spacious rooms, hardwood floors (no rugs - a big plus!), uncluttered (spartan furnishings but in good condition & attractive), helpful staff. Major highways close by (but not noisy!) - located on edge of town & we did not have to chug through city streets to come & go
