Review 1：no fridge like advertised a little loud with the highway next to it but not too bad
Review 2：staff nice. no pet deposit or extra fee which was lovely great restaurant next door
Review 3：Noise, asked if I could get another room/ desk keeper said he had no other rooms to give me, but the parking lot was completely empty that evening and still empty at 4:30 am when I left/ not sure why I had to stay in a room beside a room with about 5or 6 people and a dog when the motel was almost empty???

Review 5：This is a older motel but the room(38) we were in had fresh paint new carpet and a great bed. The young man at the front desk (John) was a big help with directions and couldn't be more pleasant or helpful.
Review 6：very poor light room was not lighted enough was told it was renovated in my opinion they should re-renovate with better lighting

Review 10：Because there is central heating and cooling, you have to deal with odors from other rooms. Smoke was the biggest problem. Sealed off the vent, but wouldn't stay in the summer because I would need the A/C (which would mean getting unwanted odors)

Review 30：i did not like that you did not have control of the air conditioning. air only came from one spot in the room and it was hot in the room. there was no coffee maker in the room. it was noisy on the top floor from the people below. its not a 5 minute walk from the water. you cant see the water at all from the motel. there werent enough outlets in the room to plug things into. we only had one.

Review 48：The management is fairly new and is excellent. Everyone went out of their way to make sure and check that I was comfortable. They attended to any small concerns immediately. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. The location is excellent for anyone who is active. The property is a couple of blocks from Boulevard Lake which borders along a huge park that has numerous hiking and walking trails. Excellent cycling lanes are on 2 nearby streets and the downtown tourist piers are within walking distance.
Review 49：This is a clean, quiet facility with original artwork on the walls. It is a bright, cheerful and restful accommodation at a reasonable price. The owner is a very pleasant gentleman. I can readily recommend this motel to fellow travelers.

Review 112：It was in a very sketchy area. We were travellin from london ontario to Alberta and this was the most disgusting motel I have ever stayed at and the most expensive one on our trip. We were woke up in the middle of the night by people yelling and screaming outside our window because they were all drunk and fighting. It was disgusting here. Don't ever stay here!

Review 124：Train passing at 2;00 am, can smell people cooking bacon at 5:00am,shower curtain rod rusted out terribly, old small tv, broken lock on thewindow , burn holes in the curtains, mattress falling apart, no waterstop in the bathtub to take a bath, bad venting system, needs some majorrenovations. Price was $12 more than booking.com
