Review 1：Room needs maintenance, especially in regards to washroom plumbing. Sink and shower faucets are loose, and toilet tank is constantly making a dripping sound.

Review 2：Location to airport. Wifi was good. Breakfast was decent and reasonable priced.

Review 3：Signage for elevator and facilities such as pool, section of building should be more visible. Staff at times seemed disinterested. May I help you would go a long way. The whirlpool needs more whirl.

Review 17：The smell of the room was awful. The wallpaper was stained and peeling off. The carpets were stained and Burnt. My blanket that I was given also had about 10 burn marks on it. I've had better rooms at shady motels.

Review 27：We were able to get a room with a patio door walkout. The dog friendly room was clean and comfy. We had the split level queen room. Close to store sin area. Very quiet. Had a delicious dinner in their Timbers restaurant. Very classy place. Coffee maker in room was great-Keurig.

No one wants a bedspread that looks like it has not been washed between customer use.

Review 61：We stayed for one night and it was really unpleasant stay. Some people were having party on around 3am. After they have been reported, they knocked every door in the 3rd floor at 5am! The manager gave 20dollars discount and a coffee,better than none, but still very bad experience :(

Review 70：Standard room does not have duvet as advertised. Patched/repaired blanket which should be thrown away. The bedspread should be as well. The room was drab and uninviting. It was also noisy. Well I can not say it was not clean it did not feel clean. The hallways were narrow and the floors uneven. Stained carpets. We stayed there in March 2013 and had a very good room then. A very disappointing 2 days. Free breakfast would be a plus. We visit family frequently and a new hotel will be chosen.

Review 74：This hotel is dirty and needs a major facelift. I stayed at thishotel while traveling on business in the '80's and the ownershave not invested much into upgrading the facility. The rooms smellmusty, my room had ants crawling around, the wall paper is peelingoff. For the money there are better places to stay in Thunder Bay,there must be! Even the Pay Per View movie system is unavailable andhas been for months.

Review 78：There is only one mirror!! There needs to be a mirror in the room notonly in the bathroom! Very difficult to get ready at the same time.The entrance carpets should be changed/ cleaner! They give a false first impression. The smoking area should not be right where people have to walk through from the parking lot. It seemed to take a long time for beer bottles etc to be picked up in the hallways from other guest rooms on our floor . No one was monitoring the fact that guests had beer bottles by the pool and hot tub.
