Review 1：Really kind and helpful owners. Very quiet place. you feel at home. Close to shops, bus station (if needed) and beach. I'll go back there without hesitation.
Review 2：the weather was really poor and the room didn't have any heating! We had to take some extra blankets (which were provided) but still it was really cold especially at night.
Review 3：the staff was very helpful and nice. The View from the terrace was excellent. it was really close to the coast, but the beach is not as nice in Concon as in Reñaca.
Review 4：Far from action in Concon or Renaca. Has loud dogs just in the opposite house. The nice balcony rooms are located right next to a street with cars coming by.
Review 5：Nice views on the ocean. Next to some outdoor activities (beach, sea kayaking, boogy boarding). Nearby beaches are nice.
