Review 1：I made a reservation for a double since their were no triple rooms available via the website. However, after reading the hotel policy; it stated that an extra bed was available for 20 euro/night. The price I was charged on booking.com should have been 160 euros without the extra bed for 2 nights. The stated rate on booking included breakfast. The total I should have been charged should have been 200 euros with the extra bed. However, when I paid upon checkout I was charged 240 euros! The receipt was broken down and in German and when I asked the man at the counter stated that for taxes it must be separated. Great, but why were we charged for breakfast, when it should have been included in the room rate? Why were we charged 86 euro/night for the room when it should have been 80 euro night. The only correct charge was for the extra bed at 20 euro a night. When I questioned the charges, I received no sufficient answer. I had somewhere to be and management was not there in the morning so I had to leave without resolving this. I paid the price, 40 euros more than it should be and left with the intention to contact the property upon my return. There is no way to contact the property and I am in another country so that is why I am leaving this in the review. I would like a refund of my extra 40 euros. It is not right to advertise a price and state that it includes breakfast and then charge for breakfast! It is dishonest. Also, the wifi was not available at night after the restaurant closed.
