Review 1：I cannot put into words the stress caused or the horrendous level of incompetence and service at this hotel. We were treated appallingly on our wedding weekend.We booked this for us (bride and groom) and 16 of our UK wedding guests 8 months before for 3 nights in August 2014. My wife went into the hotel on the morning of the booking to hand some papers we wanted placing in the rooms, the hotel did not have our booking! After a HUGE panic and her rushing around to show them proof that we had the booking they said, "don't worry we apologise, we have found your booking". This was obviously a lie and they had just cobbled some rooms together at the last minute!I (the groom) arrived in the afternoon of 1st August with 16 people from the UK in tow and after 2 flights. Everything seems to be ok until I notice that they were putting my father in a standard room. I had purposefully booked a suite for us on our wedding night and and a suite for my parents as a surprise - this was our Wedding after all! I then find out that my other guests too aren't being given the level of room they had booked and are being pushed aside while they serve people arriving behind them.When I draw this to their attention they say that I am wrong and we had cancelled all the higher quality rooms. Again, I had to root through to find the booking confirmation I had printed and still they did not believe me. In the end I had to go online and show them the booking live on the website!While I was doing this they had checked my dad into a 'Standard Room' instead of a suite behind my back. I got very upset and said we were not moving anywhere from reception until my father gets the Suite I had booked for him 8 months before. This was supposed to be a happy time and a surprise for my parents, not this complete nightmare.At this point I was so annoyed I said I do not mind if you just put us (bride and groom) in the Deluxe but my parents gets the suite, no exception.

Review 3：It'a an "express" hotel pretending to be a 4-star hotel (charging like one too). Cleaning not so good. Rooms are cold, not cozy at all.
