The family-run Kolmhof hotel in a quiet location in the centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim, opposite the St. Kathrein thermal springs, offers a spa with a heated outdoor pool, Austrian cuisine and spacious rooms with balcony.
Kolmhof has a health club with saunas and a gym. Relaxing massages and various beauty treatments can be scheduled. International and Austrian cuisine is served at the restaurant. Seasonal specialities are also available.
In the summer, guests can enjoy a guided hike along the hills in the Nockberg region. Mountain biking is also possible, and Kolmhof has its own private lakeside beach at Millstättersee.
During the winter season, the Ski-Thermen-Wahlkarte Card is included in the rate if purchasing a ski pass for at least 2 days. With this card guests can choose between one free skiing day at the Bad Kleinkirchheim-St. Oswald Ski Area or one free admission to the St. Kathrein or Römerbad thermal bath.
Children from 4 to 6 years require a ski pass in this region. It is available on site against a surcharge and is valid for up to 6 days.
From 09 January to 04 March 2016, a 6-day ski pass for a child up to 12 years old is available directly at the hotel for EUR 6 if at least one accompanying adult buys a 6-day ski pass for the Bad Kleinkirchheim-St. Oswald Ski Area.
The Ski-Thermen-Wochen (ski-thermal-weeks) take place from 05 March until 28 March 2016, and a ski pass as well as 50% discount to the thermal bath are included.

Review 1：Traffic noise in the room, even though it was not directly facing main road. New windows required.
