Review 1：Requested queen size matteress, they only had doubles. Confirmation indicated queens but did not get them. Not a big fault to our stay.
Review 2：Good location, next to Tim Horton's and gas bar. Easy access to city of Summerside.
Review 3：Room 28 should be condemmed..the carpets were very dirty and damp..had to wear shoes...the water in the toilet was so hot I felt like I burnt my scrotem..when it rained we could not open the door to the room because the eavstrough was broken or plugged sollid and the water from the whole roof came down in front of room 28 and drained into the wall right at the door..I give it a 2 -3 rating

Review 11：We felt bad and slightly confused when we checked in late as we found the office door locked. Had to ring a bell on the side for service to be let in/checked in. Also had to ring for service to check out the next morning as the office was locked. This was not a big deal just seemed a little weird. Disappointed as the motel was advertised as including breakfast and does not include breakfast in the off or shoulder season.
Review 12：We traveled in the off or "shoulder season and found the price was quite good! The room itself was fine, there was nothing wrong with it. Room was clean, tidy and spacious enough for two people plus luggage. The woman who checked us in was kind and friendly. We slept well.
Review 13：We were initially given a room next to contstant smokers and the smoke would come through our door. We moved to a cabin...was not very clean, floor was dirty, had no hot water, although they were working on it. The toaster caused the smoke alarm to continually go off, can opener did not work, had to go get a new one, stayed there three nights, coffee was not replaced, had to go ask, and finally on the last day, in the morning when I was taking a shower in luke warm water as the water heater was not working, the water was shut off while I was taking my shower so the owner could work on the heater. He did not let us know this was going to happen. We were not happy with this place at all and will never stay there again.

Review 16：Units on the back side the building were very quiet. Never heard any traffic noise in spite of main road running in front of building. I've stayed here several times and would certainly stay there again. Friendly and accomodating staff that make feel welcome. Yes, this motel is old school and not fancy, but it's clean and very reasonably priced, wish I could find deals like this more often.
Review 17：The accommodation was not clean. General looked clean but windows were greasy and rug was dirty and the box spring was moldy. Stunk. The microwave didn't work either. The place needed some work.
