Malama Beach Holiday Village sells fast on our site. Right on the beachfront, Malama is set in a mature garden with palm trees. It offers an outdoor pool, 2 restaurants and 3 bars only a 40 minute drive from Larnaca Airport.
All suites at Malama Holiday Village feature a bedroom with attached bathroom, living room and kitchen. Each unit is air conditioned and has a balcony with views of the grounds or the Mediterranean Sea.
Guests can enjoy a cocktail in Le Repos lounge or grab a snack at the poolside bar. Malama Village offers an indoor pool and jacuzzi located in an exotic cave. Sports activities at the resort include racquetball, tennis, archery and scuba diving.

Review 1：the spa facilities were not included eg jacuzzi, steam and sauna. For the price I thought they could have been included.

Review 2：the staff were great. they really went out of their way to help and make sure we were having a good time.

Review 3：The view of rooms are mostly not like shown on the internet. Better to ask for 2nd floor and balcony with see view. The cocktails on the bar were less than average. The holiday village is outside of the city. There is one street next to it with restaurant and some supermarkets, but no real city center for sightseeing and shopping. For this you need to rent a car and drive 10 minutes to next city.

Review 4：The holiday village was over all very beautiful. The island was very dry, but they cared a lot about this holiday village... many flowers and green area. Possibility for many activities. Very clean everywhere. Beautiful small public beach in front of the hotel. Last but not least, the personal was very friendly and polite. Especially the breakfast personal, the supermarket keeper and the receptionist with the red hair (we unfortunately do not know her name.) We had a very pleasant stay.

Review 13：I'm afraid the free Wi-Fi was very poor rarely managed to get connected. Everybody now have smartphones and tablets so I think more investment is needed.

Review 14：Our accommodation was situated right by the pool. When I booked I asked if we could be close to pool as I have a young family so it seems they made an effort to accommodate my request.

Review 15：I am always very scholastic on apts/bangalows/self catering accommodation type on the issue of cleanliness. The wardrobe in the living/kitchen area was not clean when we checked in, the cupboards were smelly and the same area had a sence of moisture - I realized afterwards that it was coming from the cupboard below the kitchen's washbin. The cleaning the days in stay was not thorough - one day the kitchen floor has not been cleaned, the other day the kitchen table - unless you told them so. One of the bed's legs was problematic (it was moving) making the bed moving, but the mattresses were of good quality and comfort.

Review 16：Offered complementary lunch or dinner for family. Staff ready to accommodate your needs ( with the exception of one guy, met him twice and in both cases he was rude and with negative attitude towards our reasonable requested arrangements).

We didnt really need a take money with us while we are in resort, just sing receipt and pay when check out. The beach towels were issued while we were on pool area, and we changed them every 3 days. Which is good thing, we didnt have to carry our towels with us . We spent great time over there.

Review 45：The air conditioning was not consistent and I had to ask to have it looked at on two occasions. My requests were dealt with v quickly but after a few days the air conditioning was not working properly again. Similarly, the safe did not respond to my code on 2 occasions, necessitating a call to reception - again they were quick to fix the problem. The surrounds to the swimming pools were very rough to walk on and the edge of the pools as you walk into them is also rough - presumably (as it is on a slight slope) to prevent people slipping. However, my grandson (3) grazed his knee and his nose quite badly falling on this rough ground inside the edge of the pool. The pools are not as aesthetically pleasing as others I have experienced in similar locations.

Review 46：We were located close to all that we needed - swimming pool and beach, food, reception and children's entertainment. We had paid for B and B only and found two local restaurants that we could walk to that were family friendly. We also however, ate at the hotel. There was a sufficient variety of food to suit everyone at breakfast and at night time. The room was good and the service was good - both from a cleaning point of view and from the point of view of a quick response to any problem that we had. The bay itself was lovely and the seabed mostly sandy. We also walked from the cove to another beach (10 mins walk) which had a wider beach and a similar cove and was also lovely. There are 3 swimming pools to cater for different needs. The entertainment for children was excellent. They loved everything they did and in particular the kids disco (children are 3 and 5) at 8.45 p.m. The men and women who worked with the children were excellent. The playground for the children and other such facilities were excellent. Reception staff were v helpful and for an extra 40 Euro we kept our room on our day of leaving, to 6 p.m. as our flight was at 10.30 p.m.

Excellent selection at breakfast and the evening meals were good value with a wide variety of food to choose from. Rooms were very modern in design and spacious. The mojitos at the pool bar were amongst the best we have ever had. Easy access to the beach (small coves), lovely for the children to play. Also lots of rock pools close by to explore. The on site shop was well priced. There is also a Thalgo Spa on site - they give the most amazing facials.
