Reviews for Zerohotel
Review 1:The room I stayed in was in the back without a view. I think the more expensive rooms probably were nicer though, so i guess you get what you pay for!
Review 2:Beautiful gardens
Review 3:Location, location, location! High quality small hotel right in the heart of the old part of Valparaiso, and also close to many restaurants and food outlets. Staff were very helpful and accommodating with requests.
Review 4:The staff was absolutely fabulous, and the location perfect. A quiet street, just a few blocks away from world class restaurants, shops and sights. And the bed was totally luxuriously comfy... best night of sleep in three weeks!
Review 5:That it is too expensive for the hotel, glad we got a deal pf 50%, if not I would have never considered to stay. No parking, if you go in the summer, you will have problems to get a spot.
Review 6:Staff was super nice. We got a great deal for the night. Great location and staff give you great tips in where to go.
Review 7:Our room did not have a view :( Call ahead and make sure to ask for a room facing the ocean.
Review 8:The views during breakfast were great! Also the "Honesty Bar" allowed us to have a late night drink with an incredible night time view without worrying about whether the bar was open or not. Shout out to the staff who were very helpful and super kind!
Review 9:I liked everything.
Review 10:Charming hotel in a great location, run by the most eager, thoughtful, cheerful team I have been lucky enough to encounter during 6 months of world travel. The front desk is a breath of fresh air after encountering numerous lazy reception desks who can't be bothered to enhance your experience. Zero Hotel is a rare and beautiful hotel, with stunning views and a charming terrace where you can enjoy a delicious local wine from the honesty bar. I highly recommend this hotel.
Review 11:Zero hotel is perfectly situated for beautiful views of Valparaiso harbour and hills. Outstanding service. The large, bright, high ceiling rooms are very comfortable.
Review 12:Taxi to the port actually cost a bit more than advised.
Review 13:Stayed here for just one night before a cruise. Great staff and a great 'quirky' hotel. Made to feel very comfortable. Only hiccup was transport booked by the hotel didn't turn up at the airport.
Review 14:Nothing
Review 15:Everything! The room. The location. The view. The facilities. The breakfast. And the staff went so far beyond what I expected. The manager Carolina, and Rex her colleague, showed me not only what good service should be but more importantly how lovely people really are! Thank you to them for everything!
