Review 1：Food could be better. Breakfast was ok but served sequential slow over time. Bread was too ordinary.

Review 3：Wonderfully designed and appointed small boutique hotel right on the coast in Con Con. The owner could not do enough for us, including buying a road map of Chile and helping us with driving directions for our onward trip. We had a private dinner in the hotel one night and the food was superb as well as some great fish restaurants within walking distance.
Review 4：Bed linens were very clean but a little worn and room balcony furniture was good but could use some upgrading. Not a problem for us but be aware there are a fair number of stairs from parking area if mobility limited.
Review 5：Staff and ownership we met were truly committed to make our stay excellent. Always a smile and everyone went the extra mile. Made our stay personal and memorable by helping celebrate a birthday starting from "Happy Birthday" greetings first thing in the morning to a special gift and a dessert to end the day. Food was wonderful, fresh and prepared with attention to detail and care. If you are looking for small, intimate but not intrusive I would highly recommend you book early.

Review 8：Everything. The room was spotless, comfortable, modern and classy, with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff is awesome, make you fell very welcome, so helpfull, and very discret. Although the hotel is small, you have a lot of privacy. Breakfast is great. Diner too. Perfect place to relax after running around visiting Chile!

Review 11：It is very, very expensive for what you receive. The wifi did not work in the room, you can hear the conversation in the reception. The room is small and if you travel with big language there will be no space. There are stairs and I think it should be informed. There are people in the staff is not very polite when you demand or ask things out of the script.

Review 21：Very hard to find. The car park is not on the same road as the address and the hotel is not easy to identify at night. Would be helpful if the hotel website gave directions for those arriving by car.

If I could see the the rooms online before I booked that might be nice. Our room was small with only a small window. It did not matter much to me because the common area had a great view but it may matter to some people.
