Review 3：They make your room every two days. We stay two days, so no cleaning of our room during the stay.

Review 4：The stuff at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The price for the services was ok.

Review 5：The room was advertised as sea view (with higher price) which is something not worth paying for since we realised upon arrival how far it actually is from there. The general state of the hotel is okayish, but as it is an old building, it is a bit depressing. Our bedroom airconditioning had a lingering smoke smell (most probably others previously smoked in the room) which was quite annoying for us being non smokers as well as unhealthy, so we had to sleep with the doors open. The dinner and breakfast offered a few good choices and some bad as well, but one could find something satisfying to eat in the end. The location is only suitable for car travellers as it is too far to walk from protaras main street and the beach. Ok only if there's a low price offer.

Review 7：We have just returned from a weekend break and we were pleasantly surprised with this 3 * hotel. The staff were hard working and always helpful and cheerful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The food was much better than we expected. Lots of fresh salads, fruit and a great choice of dishes (meat, fish, pasta, vegetarian choices). The pool area was quite busy but the garden area behind was perfect for some peaceful relaxation. We chose the all inclusive option and it was excellent value for money.

Review 28：La atención, la comida y las instalaciones en general. El cuarto era bastante pequeño, pero no dejaba de ser confortable. La atención del personal fue excelente y la comida (teníamos media pensión) fue muy buena. Esperaba más comida chipriota, pero de todas maneras todo lo que había estaba exquisito. Hay una guardería para niños, que si bien no usamos, para las familias es un muy buen servicio.

Review 30：Very good food to the breakfast(fresh pancakes and fruits) and dinner time(live barbecue among others). Nice and clean rooms. Very friendly staff working in the reception, they were wonderful, especially a Romanian guy which helped us with everything we asked for.

Review 33：The gym was a little bit poor and I think that they could have give us some more information about things, like, you could switch the dinner and lunch, what to do if we wanted to get a massage etc. Also, we made a mistake because we thought drinks were included in half-board but they were not so we were a littel bit disipointed about that, you may think that water could been included.

The hotel is a few minutes walk to the beach but it has a nice pool area. We had a value deal which made our stay even better value for money and we would stay there again.

Review 39：No wifi in my room, tel was not working for the whole 4 nights I was in , gym is very poor and for me is a very important thing , I stayed in the ground floor and had to carry my bag on the stairs because they were no other way .

Review 40：WIFI was very spotty and not strong at all; the building was really old-fashioned and gaudy; the gym was pathetic; the game room was expensive and needed to be free. There needed to be more variety on the food; I was shocked that water and basic drinks at dinner time were not included in the half-board price. I felt it was a bad business not to include drinks at dinner.

Review 43：When you go out of the room, make sure you lock your door. Chip lockers are not locking after you close the door! This is bad! I was really surprised after i come back and find my door open!

Review 49：The room. Big mistake. 2 adults and 2 girls in a room (rather a connecting room which was not used as a connecting room, but as a family room). In order for us to work, we made a plan: two in the room while showering or getting ready, the others wait in the lobby. The PR officer could see us at certain times, that is at 3pm when we were at the beach. So I gave my complaint at the reception at check out. The receptionist tried to find the PR officer who happened to be on duty, but she did not answer her phone. So I left a message to give me a call. Still waiting. If you will go, make sure the room is ok for you...

Review 55：We booked a double room and were given a twin room, the receptionist argued that that's what double means and we should have requested one big bed specifically. No fresh towels were placed in our room the second day, we had to specifically request for them.

Impossible to relax for long with your balcony door open or on the balcony, at least on the see view side. This is the rule for complexes of this size during the summer in this whole area of Cyprus, not suitable for you who is after peace and quiet.

Review 63：There was an issue with my booking for a double bed room because, due to my "quiet room" requirement, they had booked us into a quiet room with 2 x twin beds instead. However, the front desk staff was quite helpful and we decided to prioritize and take a double bed room in a non-quiet area. This, combined with low quality balcony glass, doors meant that the (generally tasteful) music from the pool bar was audible inside the room for most of the day, which didn't matter since we were out on the beaches. Bottomline: recommended, just call and verify your booking and your expectations.

Had to sleep with door open as air from outside (24c) was colder than Aircon. TV only had Russian channels - not even Cypriot national channel, so wasn't able to watch a late night World Cup game.
