Review 1：AC hardly working, staff semi professional, breakfast on a Sunday morning only empty plates, too expensive for the value add
Review 2：Good location. Everything in walking distance, they allowed early checkin after a long bus ride
Review 3：The staff was awesome. Valpo was a little chile(pun not intended) and they told us where we could by some sweaters. They showed us where to go and how to get there, the restaurant staff was excellent as well, and the breakfast was awesome. They let us store out bags as well. The hotel is comparable to a holiday inn express only with way better staff. Location is awesome as its close to a plaza, grocery store, and about a safe 10-15 minute walk to the main attractions. The railway stops across the street if you're looking to go to Viña deal mar.
Review 4：The graffiti outside almost made us turn away but decided to go in anyway because we were only staying one night. The restaurant needs to be designed and decorated to look like a real restaurant worthy of the chef. We stayed because we were going on a cruise so the location next to the port is the reason we selected the hotel.
Review 5：The chef deserves a culinary award. We had dinner in your restaurant and we were completely taken aback by the quality of the food and the presentation. The restaurant decor is poor or non-existent and that is why our expectations were so low. Your chef deserves a real restaurant. It looked like a meeting room with tables in it. The guest rooms were comfortable.
Review 6：El aire acondicionado es común para todas las habitaciones por lo que dependiendo de las peticiones de los huéspedes (y a criterio del front desk) cambia entre frío y caliente en cualquier momento lo cual es muy incómodo. El jugo del desayuno no es natural. El pan del desayuno es de baja calidad.

Review 8：Check took 20 minutes and we were the only ones checking in. I was told there was only 1 receptionist and two more appeared 10 minutes later.Room was smelly. Furniture was old. Hand towels were grey rather than white. No shower gel just a bar of soap. No hot water at all in the morning! Asked to call for a taxi, said to go downstairs in 10 min. 25 minutes later we went out on the street to find one as the one they called(their own taxi) was not coming and us asking repeatedly to check if it was coming was of no interest to personnel.Never going back there again.

Review 10：Our air-conditioner didn't work well for us. It seemed to be on some kind of timer so turned itself off at inopportune times. The only bread available at breakfast was processed. We would have liked something freshly baked like a maraquete.
Review 11：Room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with fruit, eggs, bacon, pastries, yoghurt, juice, coffee, hot milk: a great variety, but sadly not the greatest bread. The indoor swimming pool was very tiny but water was kept very warm.

Review 24：My wife and I stayed there four nights after departing from a cruise. It is located close to transportation...just across the street from the train to Vina and close to the older parts of Valparaiso. The rooms were equipped with wi fi , a safe, a mini bar, and the breakfast was very good. All in all, a real bargain.
Review 25：Room was very warm. We asked three times about the air conditioning. The first two times we never saw anyone but were told it was now working. The third time someone did come to our room and tried to help. Some air did come on but within an hour it was hot and stuffy again. Small pool and very basic gym. The weight bench was broken and hazardous.

Review 92：This was our most expensive hotel (of 3) in south america, and yet still a "good" deal. We had some well priced hotels in santiago and buenos aires but they didnt have these features( hot buffet breakfast , large rooms and baths). For those who want a good hotel, this would meet your needs. Good features. Location was an easy walk to most places (along flat ground that can be a benefit), and our room faced the water, as the hotel is right on the coast road.
