Review 3：The breakfast was very poor, the sauna needs two hours to be ready for use and with extra charge per person!!! Poor internet connection even for extra money. The towels for the swimming pool are very old...

Hotel has events going on all day like pilates, diving lessons, dance lessons, organised volley, etc, and can provide entertainment at any point of the day. Great pool and grounds!

Also, a minor comment is that although the bathroom in our room was very big and comfortable, the bathroom in the room of the couple that we went together was smaller and it was a bit uncomfortable as they had a small child as well, but for few nights its ok

Review 47：Very nice location and close to many great beaches, staff was helpful and allowed us to have a late checkout at 16:00 with no extra charge, the breakfast was nice and had good variety and quality of food, i think it pleased all tastes. The room was clean and comfortable including the bathroom (room 120). The food in the hotel restaurant near the pool was very nice and prices were reasonable. The pool was clean and has a separate pool for small kids and there are free workout programs with trainer in the pool and music was at the right volume to hear it well but not annoy other people

Review 51：Place is a jewel! Family friendly, very well equipped (check out the gym, inside and outside pool), whole area is amazingly taken care of. It is quiet in the evening, but you have options (at Hotel or close by) to enjoy a more fancy night out. Management is helpful and overall the place provides an absolute perfect place to spend a great time.

Review 52：Wifi was not free with the exception of the lobby area causing incovenience. The sound proofing of the rooms was poor. We could hear plugs being switched on and off as well as, water dripping from the room above. Air conditioning was not functioning properly. (I.e. Freezing at 30 degrees Celsius) We asked for a double bed and ended up with two singles merged with the assistance of a foam mattress which was smaller than the surface of the single beds combined. Very uncomfortable. Hotel interior decor is poor. Reminds of 80s.

Review 61：There was no wifi in the rooms Poor breakfast and everyday the same. There was a lot of noise by the cleaning crew during rest hours and the cleaning was extremely poor, they were also very loud. They don't change sheets on a daily basis and they only empty the dustbins. They nearly spent 5 minutes for each room. There were only 3 elevators to serve all tenants. We had to wait 10-15 minutes to get an elevator (Imagine that with a kid and luggage). The reservation staff was very rude when i tried to state some preferences which were available via booking.com. Not to mention that a few days before my check in i received a call from reservation informing me that i didn't pay for my reservation eventhough i paid them 20 days before and therefore i had to refer them to my previous transactions from which they realized they have made a mistake and didn't even say sorry. The only good thing was the waiters who were literally melting in 40 degrees because they had to dress formally (propably some stupid manager's choice) instead of wearing soft summer clothes (e.g tropical concept). This would also improved their stamina in hot temperatures and i don't think that tenats would care if their waiters serve drinks in formal dressing or not.

Review 69：The room furniture was a bit outdated, but otherwise very clean. When I requested to get fresh beach towels after breakfast, I had to wait for the pool guy to open at 10am which I though was quite late and then when he arrived he told me to come back at 2pm because he was out of clean towels. How ridiculous. Also the snack bar at the pool is only open from 13:00-15:30. Most families are at the pool around 930 and it would have been nice to have the snack bar operating throughout the day especially when with children who might start getting hungry and want to eat a bit earlier. There should be free Wifi throughout the hotel, and not just the common areas.

Review 70：The outdoor pool, garden area and beach are excellent with magnificent views. Overall a very accommodating environment for the kids. I especially liked that there were water stations all over the hotel to fill up the water bottles for the kids, the covered outdoor playground and the entertainment for the kids.

Review 71：the aircon in the bedrooms operates by movement sensor, when you fall into a deep sleep and stop moving, the aircon, and all other electrical items switch off. the room immediately gets warm and you wake up! Must be a better way!

Review 88：Newly build coffeeshop right by the sea is an excellent relaxation place! The room we were staying in was very spacious so we could easily fit a pushchair of the kid and move around. There were lots of places with a good shadow so we could stay outside with the kid in the hot weather avoiding burning and direct sunlight on our 7 months old kid. There is a nice park to spend time in with the kid. Overall we really enjoyed our holidays there cuz with the baby of this age we had perfect facilities to spend time and move around the place.

We weresuggested to have a shower at a -1 floor. The reason for not arranging -a lot of new arrivals, and you feel kind of a used thing, you have toleave asap.

A tad out of centre - if you don't hire a car or can't walk for 20 minutes your eating options are limited. Free wifi only in the lobby with pretty weak signal & coffee sachets in the room are not replaced unless against payment. Indoor pool was cold, usually a spa is warmer.

Review 101：The hotel is a few minutes outside the very commercial Protaras main road with restaurants/bars - ideal for us as we didn't want to be in the thick of it. It has lovely landscaped gardens going down to a gorgeous quiet sandy bay. The bed was hard but they put something over the mattress which made it comfortable. Play area & nice gardens for kids to amuse themselves

At least make a real milkshake with ice cream and milk if ure going to overprice it. Second, i asked for a cot and got a fold out bed. Spent the whole night checking on my two yr old who turns and moves in his sleep. He also woke up feeling insecure amd crying.

Review 140：The hotel is located on a beautiful beach where you can swim or relax. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas by the hotel's pool and all the way down to the beach. The pool is very big and there is also another one for children. The gym classes were just great and very professional. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and the food quality was good. We also enjoyed the entertainment at nights.
