Review 1：We stayed in winter and it definately is not a winter residence,no hot water not enough blankets and there is no heating other than the aircon which is not sufficient and dries the air terribly.

Review 9：This time we came i didn't like the residence that give to us. It is in Zephyros village. It doesn't have all the kitchen supplements that we want and also the bathroom shower machine was broken. Theseus village its better.

Review 17：Lack of available information, you have to travel or use your international line to call the office just down the road. When they could have made all the details and information of everything needed for the guests. We took this destination as a group of families with young children because we saw they had lots of fun facilities for the kids and even the adults, but alas we were dealt a horrible blow when we got there and were told it was a low season and no swimming facilities, kids facilities, all shut down, it was so disappointing for us all. Especially the kids. We liked the location but won't go back because of these. We were lied to.

Review 21：The restaurants continue to disappoint time after time. They are 2 ** in a 5 star resort - slow and chaotic. It's fine once you learn to go further afield to eat or self cater. But they're missing a trick! Also the wifi is non existent in the villas even when you pay for it.

Review 22：Lee at the Dream Team Soccer School is the reason we return. The boys adore his coaching and meet other kids. I adore the sea views and the running along the coast - and the dance classes! The villas are great and spacious.

Review 29：Too much information (too many emails) sent to us before arriving there made us miss the important fact that we had to get our key from the security guy (ended up going back and forth)-we arrived late. Also the fact that it was written everywhere that if we consumed too much electricity we would be charged for it was not something one expects to hear from a 5 star facility and after paying a considerable 'premium' to stay there.

Review 30：Excellent location and facilities. We visit the property often from Nicosia to use the driving range and to sit at the beer garden and/or enjoy the various music events but it was the first time we stayed overnight.

Review 31：Big resort, construction noise everywhere. High extra charges for every little detail: i.e. at breakfast, €4.50 are charged for a cappuccino instead of the free coffee. Far from the beach and the hotel beach (not free) is a rocky, not nice place. They ask you to book the bus to the beach 24h in advance...

Review 50：We have been there for two days, the second day there was soil/dirt in the pool, we called from 09:00 hrs in the morning to come and clean the pool- Hoover, the lady at the reservations said that somebody was going to come, from 09:00 hrs the came at 13:45 hrs. Apart from that everything else was very good. Sofia tried to help us but there was nothing to do as the maintenance was from an external partner.

Review 76：The staff were hit and miss in terms of service levels. Most were surly and almost arrogant. There were a couple who stood out from the crowd-the manager of the Haagen das shop, the manager of the Greek taverna and the young receptionist in the club house. The restaurants closed at 10pm-there was no obvious notification of this until we went for dinner at 10pm and were told that everywhere was closed. We saw so many people complaining (as did we) about various accommodation related issues. This would not be top of my list for a return visit.

Review 78：Only one thing let us down about the residences, this was the bed. Everything else was perfect, but the bed was very uncomfortable. This is because people that own the residences let the resort rent them to us and they put their own furniture inside. We got unlucky with the bed as we had a bad back for 2 nights sleeping there. If you book you might get lucky with another bed that is comfortable!

Review 79：Everything you would expect from a 5 star you get the price of a 4 star. This is a perfect place to relax, it was clean, set in beautiful settings and well organised. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Review 81：There were only two small negatives. One was the slight delay in gettinginto our property after we arrived at the resort. The second was thatdue to the overall shallowness of the pool - obviously designed for child-safety so no complaints there- the pool was 'bath-water' hot on the verywarm days that we stayed there

Review 82：The accomodation was outstanding: well-equiped, very clean andeverything worked. We were on the ground floor which meant all Frenchwindows opened onto a patio and garden. The supplies of towels,toiletries and washing/cleaning equipment were excellent.The pool areawas very easy to access and there was plenty of room.

Review 83：We rented two villas for a big family group attending a wedding on site. The checkout from the villas is set at 10am, which is way too early, especially considering that one of our villas was not ready to check in on time. To make matters worse the cleaning crew was camped outside our villa at least 20 minutes before checkout waiting for us to get out. For a resort of this caliber and price point this sort of policy is at least in poor taste. Also the level of organization is not up to par. During check-in one of the keys to the villas was misplaced and it took 40 minutes for the staff to locate them and let us in. The facilities at this resort are very good but service and organization needs to be improved.

Review 85：Excellant location, fantastic 3 bed villa unfortunatly We had tocomplain several times about building works going on at the side of thevilla about 50 meters from the bedroom and right out back of the poolwhich went on from 7.00am until late afternoon every day apart fromsunday this consisted of stones being cut and grounded all day longunbearable noise and dust which made it impossible to use the pool andsunbath which was the whole purpose of booking the private villa withprivate pool. Golf manager apologised the day before we left but itdidnt changed the fact our holiday was spoilt from the noise. I wouldnot book a villa again because unfortunatly you dont have the samerights as a hotel guest as the only explanation we received from therental office was " the villas are privatly owned " even though webooked through the hotel
