Review 1：Bees nest on the balcony. My wife was stung. Informed the front desk of the situation. Someone came and treated the area. The bees never left. I kept telling the front desk and no one came back out. I was told they did not have anyone available.

Review 3：The Hotel was terriblely hot and none of the rooms were air conditioned. It was 35C on the day I traveled to Ansbach and did not find relief from the heat at this hotel.

Review 5：We booked two non-smoking room and got put in two smoking room however the balconies had huge windows with a big door that we opened along with the door in the hall. This created a cross draft so we could tolerate the room.

Review 11：Lights in corridors (sensor/timers) didn't always work (sorry for ringing next doors bell at 7am, I thought it was the light switch). Lunchtime when a small conference is on can be a little hectic

Location (though sat nav had some difficulty believing that the hotel could be located where it was) Decor/ambience very smart interior though some touches are a little OTT. Review 20：Hotel is very outdated. Not what I'm used to from a 4 Star Hotel. Front desk staff is not very knowledgeable. Another guest asked if there is a printer hooked up to the only guest computer in the lobby-her answer "I don't know"! I pre paid my stay with a credit card. At check out I was presented with another bill. I would not stay at this hotel again.
