Review 1：The noise during the late evening and early morning which disturbed our sleep. This noise came from the street below - the bar of the Hotel Zak.

Review 3：The staff said is non-smoking room, but there is a cigarette tray, and full of the cigarette smell. It made me headache n uncomfortable.

Review 6：Single room in a hostel, small room, but ok. Bed linen and towels provided. Shared bathroom, but you expect that in a hostel.
Review 7：Mattress was a bit bare and, although not too soft, I could feel the outline of some springs. Also, there should be a sign in multiple languages explaining that check-in is in the pub (I spent a few minutes wandering around until someone explained this to me).
Review 8：Very reasonable price for what turned out to be a clean private room with a sink (toilet down the hall). Staff turned out to be the bartender at the downstairs pub. Good free wi-fi and the location near the train station was perfect.

Review 11：I couldn't sleep well at night too noisy at the bar just below my room.(at night too many peoples are singing so loud and probably drunk peoples are also there) the hotel doesn't really like a hotel instead of pub bar....I almost couldn't recognize if this is the right place. The staff is unfriendly she kinda ignored me when I'm asking something. The room is not too clean and the stairs step is too small.
Review 12：The location is very near to the station and near the main street, just walk around 5 minutes you could find a lot of restaurant, Migros Supermarket, Denner Supermarket, Interdiscount, etc.

Review 36：Unfortunelately for me (as a nonsmoker and used with smokefree atmosphere in Sweden) I have to say that this is a Smokers paradise. From the inside bar downstairs the smoke virvels up from the barguests to the next floor from 9 in the morning to 23 in the night via the hallway. Even if the hallway has a door to the bar. If you have all windows open the smoke from the bar curves its way up along the house wall instead and annoyes you. And if this isn´t enough the small clean lavatory are stinky, after people used the ashtrays there.

Review 38：The location is easily accessible from the train station and is right in the middle of the old town. The kitchenette was helpful, wifi available. Most important of all, staff was extremely friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.
Review 39：Given how warm it was in the hotel, it was often necessary to keep the windows open, which attracted two problems. The first was that several insects were able to enter the room, which proved an annoyance. Secondly, it exposed you to how loud the streets were, given the hotel is located in a vibrant part of the town
Review 40：The attitude of the staff was outstanding. I had paid for a room in a dormitory which slept 6, on a bunk bed. When I arrived, they put me in my own room, with sink, tv etc. because they told me that the only person staying in the room I had booked was an unpleasant character. In addition, when they noticed me piling things on the floor next to my bed, they provided a small plastic table for me to place things on. These examples show how they were willing to go the extra mile to make you feel welcome, and additionally, the atmosphere in the hotel, with a bar on the ground floor, was very welcoming, with excellent facilities for the price that was being paid.
Review 41：This review applies only to the studio apartment in which we stayed-can't speak for the hostel rooms. The studio was quite great andwould have been even better had we been traveling with many people. Itwas a little on the pricy side for only the 2 of us, but with more youcould get a truly excellent deal.
