Review 1：Room was freezing cold and took hours to heat up. Room smelled like an ash tray even though no smoking signs were up. Took us to three rooms but they all smelled like an old ash tray. Terrible stench of old tobacco smoke. Bed was creaky and uncomfortable. Comforter on bed had cigarette burns all over it. Jeating was portabe devices as baseboard heating system not working for over six months. It was -7 celsius outside. I could go on but will conclude with the hope this place is closed down by PEI tourist Assoc.

Review 3：I froze all night and did not sleep! The heat was not working. The bed was not queen as he had said. It was single. The TV did not work in one of the rooms and my coffee maker was missing. I wish I could have my money back or a free night to make it up! I paid cash for both rooms.

Review 5：Location ...made for a good home base to walk throughout town and to do day drives to other sites. Owner is working hard to update the rooms, having been the owner for 3 months. Provided a coffee maker and microwave on request. Loved the bright red geraniums in the landscape!

Review 6：Not even one plastic glass, no coffee maker, no hangers, no dishes, no cutlery, no shampoo. Thin walls. Laundry facilities locked most of day.

Review 8：the carpets were filty the toilet leaked .the wifi didnt work ,in order to use the microwave which was on top of the fridge you had to unplug the air conditioner that barely blew air and everytime we went for a walk to the gazebo one of the employees followed like we were doing something suspicious not fun at all

Review 11：Close to pretty much every thing in Summerside, Tims is just down the road. Room was very clean, mini kitchenette was an unexpected bonus too. Overall it's a pretty decent place to stay. We'd stay here again.

Review 14：The room had an odor to it that was probably due to the age of the motel and being a "smoking" allowed room at one time. Hopefully this will change as proposed remodeling takes place.

Review 15：Staff was friendly and accomodating in everyway. The motel is currently under new management with many "proposed" changes in regard to remodeling. The room we stayed in was adequate, but old. Everything worked and it was a decent roof over our head. Basically when we travel, the room serves one purpose, and that is a quiet and safe place to sleep. The motel provided that. You get what you pay for.

Review 16：When I booked the room online for our anniversary I booked a queen size bed and the room we got had 2 double beds.The room didn't smell very good it didn't have a very clean feel to it I actually went and got Lysol spray to spray the place to make it liveable for our stay. The main window didn't open. One day we had no hot water for showers.Didn't really enjoy the stay there. I would never stay there again and would not recommend it either.

Review 17：Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms need up dating but were clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, easy access to roads leading to attractions on PEI, shopping and great restaurants.

Review 18：Was put in a smoking room when we'd specified non-smoking. Moved to another room which was not very clean. Bed uncomfortable. In-room phone did not work. Wifi did not work - when we finally got it to work, it kept cutting out. No curtains on Windows, only blinds but when blinds pulled down all the way, they covered the A/C unit so we had to shut it off which made the room stifling. Lost water pressure during the night after flushing toilet once. Complimentary 'Breakfast' was store-bought muffins & coffee - not breakfast. 'Butt stop' container by rooms specifically marked non-smoking. Outside Fero garbage bin close to parked cars was overflowing & wasn't emptied during our stay.

Review 19：The beds were uncomfortable mold in the bathroom when you are having a shower the water goes really cold to really hot.we travelled with kids so it was really hard for them to shower

Review 25：There was no clock, tv listings, kitchenette wasn't properly supplied, not enough pillows, the bed was like sleeping on the floor. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly and the bathroom mirror was too high on the wall and there was no place to plug the hairdryer near a mirror. Window needs better curtains and the chain on the ceiling fan was out of reach without climbing up on the bed. The place needs a serious upgrade and the whole thing should make PEI feel embarrassed.

Review 27：Rooms were pretty bad. Had the worst shower experience of my life, went from cold to almost getting burned. Towels were scratchy and had no shampoo

Review 28：Staff were fairly nice, rooms were cheap. Stayed with a mens hockey team and they made arrangements for our rooms to be beside each other.

Review 29：We had to freeze ourselves out by opening up the windows to air the place out from smelling like smoke (cigarettes & marijuanna). The linens were soiled.

Review 30：We arrived to a room that was 10 degrees celsius on a cold Dec day. The heater in the room did not work properly - would run for 15 mins then needed to be manuallly reset. Staff told us we had it set wrong, we set as they advised and still no better. Only a sheet and bedspread - no blankets. Slept in our clothes and left early next morning - didn't have continental breakfast.

Review 31：win we got there the staff was very friendly. I went to my room there was no heat on it was -15 out. so I went to the office to tell them. the man at desk said try to push the reset button so I did that. we went for 2hr drive and we came back and still know heat u would think the staff would of check on the room knowing of that problem. so they gave us another room.my wife wanted take a bath there was no plug for bath tube.no glasses to drink with . it was very noise there.

Review 33：Our heater broke early in night and we had to sleep in the cold in December. No one would answer the phone and the complaint seemed to be taken light heartedly.

Review 56：Place had a musty smell as soon as you opened the door. Place was dirty and the toilet was coming off the floor. Tim Horton's donuts is not what my children wanted to breakfast.

Review 57：We were #6 it was non-smoking but reeked of old smoke, the bathroom smelt of cigarette smoke. The breakfast was virtually non existent. The one morning there was no hot water, I told three staff people about it and was told there are twenty rooms using it. I guess that means it is not an issue for them. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The place has a full kitchen but no coffee maker no toaster and no kitchen outlets. I would not stay in #6 again.

Review 64：We were there for the Cavendish Music Festival. We were offered shuttle for $25.00 each/ each way. Which was fair, then was told it was going to be $100.00 each/each way.. Talk about someone trying to make money off people!!!! Never going there again, and I do not recommend anyone going there. Beds were super hard also and we were not advised any password for the WiFi.

Review 121：We did tell staff they didn't need to clean room but requested fresh bathroom linen. Garbage was emptied but bathroom wasn't cleaned when they came.

Review 122：Staff was very friendly and helpful to give us instructions. Room, kitchenette was clean, bed: medium comfortable. Good channels and lots of hot water. Would recommend to friends also good value-price. There was always coffee and tea available.

Review 123：Front desk person was intoxicated, had no knowledge of business, didn't have a record of our reservation and couldn't access the Internet to find our reservation. We could hear the people in the next room talking and using their washroom. No smoking rooms smelled like they were constantly being smoked in. It wasn't actually called the knights inn, so we had trouble finding it.
