Review 1：From the moment we stepped in the staff made us so welcome - we felt like family within minutes. The room was beautiful and larger than we expected just a shame we couldn't stay longer

Review 3：The first room I was given had 2 separate beds, a very tiny bathroom, and I couldn't fit in the shower, it was too short (I am 1,86). The room didn't have a closet that could fit my shirts and suit, so I requested a change. I was changed to a smaller room right above reception. With only 1 single bed Breakfast had a very poor selection of items. Although the bred was nice The reception was not manned at night, and the walls had no sound insulation, making everything audible, couples, business discussions, the lot. On the second night, a woman came through the front door (fairly drunk too) yelling "Hotel -"hotel" "reception" for about 10 minutes at 2:30 in the night. She woke me up for sure, and I am sure many others, but my room was right above the reception so I went to see if I could help in order to stop all the yelling. She was looking for her room (number 8). I showed her to it, and tried to get some precious sleep for my 7 o clock wake up. I ended up sleeping 3 hours thanks for the unmanned reception, and poor guest handling. The price I was charged was still the same though. Which amazed me. There was no sensitivity to all the problems whatsoever. Even when I got there, (15:00) my room wasn't ready It was not worth 258€ for 2 nights. More like 50€ I have had much better service and hospitality quality at bnb for less than 80/night. When I stated my complaints I was offered candy. I couldn't believe it.

Review 4：Location is I a small town just off cologne, connected with the tram, I nice place to relax, and still be close to everything. Very nice building architecturaly. Close to a little forest, ideal for little evening strolls

Review 17：The Wi-Fi didn't work at night. Next day it was fixed. Due to lack of availability two of the three people who were travelling were sent to apartments which were 1km away. The apartments were nice and it wasn't any trouble, but since there were three of us it made it less convenient.
