Review 1：Noises at night, full bed is 2 single beds together so it would split. There was paper on the floor from the guest that was in the room before us.

Review 3：We waited and waited for an airport shuttle and it never came; when we arrived we were told it was "crashed" (I think they meant broken.) We ended up having to take taxis both ways which cost us $9 each way for a five minute ride. No apology was made. No English spoken. No real dinner served in the restaurant, only a room service menu served in an un-airconditioned bar. One reason we stayed here was because they advertised a shuttle and a restaurant and there was neither. They have recently changed their name/ownership to Nobile Suites from Hits Pantanal, and they apparently are still getting their act together.

Review 4：Location for the airport is great, just across the road. Wifi was free and fast and accessible in the rooms. Room was spacious, bland but comfortable enough for one night.

Review 5：Toilet/bathroom wasn't well cleaned. Restaurant menu was very limited. Staff didn't speak English. Only the receptionist thought he spoke English as he gave mostly entirely different answer.

Review 19：Every other staff member on that day could not speak English. The light meal selection was very limited. There was no green/garden around it.

Review 20：One reception staff member was excellent: she could not speak English, but organised computer-based translation which enabled my communication about departure times, laundry questions etc. Before she came on duty, communication was almost impossible, and the satff were really not bothered it seemed. It was positioned close to the airport.
