Review 1：The pool and hot tub was always crowded with kids.

Review 2：From front desk to housekeeping - the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and smoke-free. The casino is great but not overwhelming - love that its a non smoking facility.

Review 3：The rooms were fantastic . We booked a one bedroom and they upgrade us to a two bedroom , with no extra charge . Beds were comfy . Big screen TV in living room also in bedrooms . Staff was friendly and property super clean .

Review 5：Everyone in the hotel and the casino were extremely friendly and helpful and professional. The gym was adequate and the pool area looked fun and great for kids. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. A great place for a mini getaway.

Review 6：I have a severe gluten intolerance, becoming ill suddenly if I consume any foods which may contain gluten or is cross contaminated from gluten. We went to the buffet for breakfast the next morning, and food items are not clearly labeled. I was sick for just over two weeks from cross contamination after having bacon, fresh fruit and an omelette with no cheese. I emailed staff at the hotel requesting contact, and to make a request that food items be clearly labeled. To date, I have not had a response from anyone at the hotel.

Review 7：Concierge was informative, welcoming and were wonderful to deal with. We stayed while Russell Peters was performing at the River Rock, and really enjoyed his after party in the lobby.

Review 8：The food selection and quality was not very good unfortunately. The buffet had no aka carte and the food was stale etc Not a lot of options when traveling with kids.

Review 10：Noise and police, security in the hallway for hours on end. No one seemed to deal with it! But the staff was very good when we checked out and offered us $50 off our next stay!

Review 12：The food choices in both of the lounges was very poor. (both were the same menu) I have never seen such a limited menu. The room service menu had better choices than the two lounges. There is a restaurant and a buffet but we prefer to just relax in a lounge and have drinks and a meal but found orselves going to the room and ordering room service.

Review 13：From the garage the route to reception is via the casino which is busy and not ideal for getting through with luggage. The hotel is close to the airport but not much else, there is a train virtually outside that goes to the Waterfront in downtown Vancouver though.

Review 14：The rooms are all suites and are decently spacious and comfortable. One side of the hotel has a nice view out to the water whilst the other side looks at a building.

Review 38：Pedro at the front desk was exceptional. The room was ckean and they have some nice touches like a hood qualoty mini fridge, a Nespresso machine and a decent bed. I wish we had stayed for the buffet but the line up was long... we should have waited.

Review 122：Trying to get back into to secured parking on P1 needs to be more easily identified, I spent 20 minutes trying to get back in....many staff had no idea where the door was. Once you knew were it was to get into P1 it was fine, the staff need to be more informed about, and perhaps it should be marked with a sign.,
