Review 2：A really convenient and cosy holiday home. It isn't very big but has everything you need and a great fireplace. It looked very clean and I think it was just renovated.
Review 3：We could not sleep all night because the people in the unit above had a screaming baby and it sounded like a herd of elephants running around from 5am till we checked out.

Review 12：Ocean Trails Resort is an great choice for families or groups of friends. We rented the three bedroom unit and found it clean and well appointed. The employee in the office was very accommodating. The resort is a short walk to the beach and has lots of green space. The kids loved the outdoor pool.
Review 13：Very much enjoyed our stay and added an extra night because we were enjoying it so much. Our grandchildren were there as well and loved the pool and playground. Loved that the hot tub was available until midnight.
Review 14：Didn't like that there was no A/C. Heat was on when we arrived but thankfully cooled down after opening windows and turning on the ceiling fan.
Review 15：We loved that our unti was in the back of the resort. Nice big unit with a lovely deck overlooking the pool area. Close to the beach access and no traffic coming past the unit. Nice green space and very quiet.
Review 16：None of the rooms has a sea view. For the one night this was no problem but for a longer stay this might be a deciding factor. Beach access might be difficult for less agile people.

Review 32：You had a long "Trail" down to beach area...steep walkway.. The bedding looked very nice but the bed was too hard and not comfortable...Knowing that sofa beds are not always good,We indicated that the sofa bed was to be used by an adult and it needed to be comfortable. It was old and very lumpy... Our unit was on the second floor. In hind sight we should have asked to be placed on first, as carrying luggage up and down and then the steep trail to beach was challenging.

Review 34：The Ocean Trails Resort is situated very close to the water and the self contained apartment has just about everything you need for short or longer stays. It is well off the main road and therefore very quiet and ideal for family holidays.
Review 35：There were obvious signs of caring for their guests: e.g. in the appointment of the kitchen, salt/sugar, tissues, etc., and (to the great enjoyment of our 6 year old) the beach toy library. All seemed thoughtful about the needs of their guests and was much appreciated. The pool/hot tub were an excellent respite when the weather wasn't warm enough for the beach.
