Review 1：The hotel is a bit remote to Dubai and even Sharjah, convenient only to Ajman and its beach. The rates were really inflated due to the holiday, so the staff were willing to include some other benefits.

Review 2：The staff were very attentive, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The restaurant prices were quite reasonable and the food was very good. The room was clean and comfortable.

Review 38：Ewan Hotel is simply the best hotel in Ajman .I stayed in many hotels in Ajman but Ewan is outstanding. The staff is so nice and trained it seems that they can predict your wishes and desires. The cleanest room and the courtesy call given by the Arabic Manager is so professional and adds points . the room service staff are smiley , The check-in and check-out are quick and comprehensive. The guest is really number one person here and feels it. The prices are high but not more in the average . There it's no beach but it it's not an issue. You can either spend your day by the pool on roof floor or the internet is free and high speed.

Review 39：the staff are not professional no specialised trey for food in room service they were given us by hand no change in the reception no luggage carrier only 2 persons and they are all busy the rooms have cheap furniture, and the smell is so bad. the food is not a good quality food.

Review 41：Attitude of receptionist. People who checked in just before me got better deals for the same rooms. They paid less and were even given free breakfast. Extremely noisy in the rooms from passing vehicles. It is as if sleeping by the pavement of a motorway. WiFi is bloody useless. Too slow to use and with frequent disconnection.

Review 43：First of all, the GPS coordinates on the website are wrong, the furniture is old, the carpets and sofas are stained and the toilets smell, there is cooker but no cookeries in the kitchen only plates, no microwave to heat the food. the style is outdated.

BUT, when we went inside the room, the AC is not working, so we have to ask for a technician to fix it. we went outside for a while hoping the the technician will fix while we are a way but nobody came to fix the ac and so we called again and again. there, while inside we let the technician to do the maintenance and afterward he left with some dirt inside the toilet. again we called for a housekeeper to do the house cleaning. and another thing is the Hair dryer fixed on the wall, the cord did not match the plug so how are we going to use the dryer if the plug is not appropriate, then again we called and request for a plug where it will fit the cord of the hair dryer. see, not everybody will call and complain of this matter. for my opinion, it is better you check every detail of the room to see wether it is working properly or not in order to give a full convenience to the customer. it is very awful that we are inside the room resting, while we watching the guy doing the maintenance. if this case happen again to another customer, it is better you offer them another room! than watching and waiting for the maintenance guy to finish the job. such a poor service.
