Review 1：Super WOW Hotel and Palace ! would love to stay there forever :) huge rooms with a Lake view . awesome and most comfortable furniture . very friendly staff.

Review 2：Fantastic staff and service, especially for our infant daughter. The crib provided in our room was beautiful. Dinner on New Year's eve also amazing.

Review 9：Amazing staff! Very friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Food was excellent in the bar, service staff looked after us extremely well even with two small children under the age of 4.

Review 10：I find it a bit unpleasant to have to pay an additional 50 CHF for parking. You should include this in the price of the night, it would be a bit less misleading as your are advertising that you have a parking on your website.

Review 20：We booked a "mountain view" room, but in reality we've got a view over a construction site and other buildings. When we asked a receptionist about that, she said that it's ok, they just call all the rooms without lake view the "mountain view rooms". What a gimmick. Also, rooms seriously require renovation. The bathroom in particular was very old. And the pictures you see on booking.com are so much prettier than reality. Overral - definitely not worth the price.

Review 27：The dog can no more attend at breakfast on terrace like before, obliged to take room service breakfast. For 2 hours I had no room with lake view as confirmed because they were giving priority to a group where there was a mistake with the booking date ...

Review 33：Well first of all I wanted to change the credit card from the one the guarantee was on to my personal one upon checkin, the girl said it was impossible (guess because she was too lazy) I mentioned that at checkout again as I needed a printed invoice to give to the accounting, but then there was a very nice different girl that could actually do it. Also the reception told me that it was ok for the dog to breakfast on the terrace, but then the 'Blockwart' of a greeter in the breakfast room gave me such a hard time to implement that plan that it was almost not worth the hassle.

My son's room was without an AC but was changed for him. we went through a very bad experience about whether the breakfast was included in the room rate or not and that was very embarrassing to us yet it was clear in the lost confirmation by the front office. I should not have the need to check with the front office during my stay in your hotel whether the breakfast was in included or not Mr. Abi Nader was very courteous to us and cleared this issue at the checking out time. The second room that they were given had some problems with pipes and the water in the shower had a bright yellow colour. Our children had to move again that night and even though they waited, nobody helped them to relocate the luggage. The third and luckily the last room had a lower quality interior than the previous ones. - The New Years Gala Dinner -best option that the hotel offered- was disappointing. Only two dishes out of that 7 course menu were something that one could expect from such dinner after paying 2'000 chf for 6 people (the price does not include wine). - Found our phone charger, that was left plugged, broken, after the cleaning lady was moving the beds. - The hotel's spa is not very friendly to children as they are allowed to visit it only from 2pm till 6pm. - Final remark: we were all left with an impression that the hotel's employees at the reception are not interested in their guests coming back again. - Overall I must say that it was the worst 5* hotel stay that I have ever experienced and I experienced quite a few. Therefore the title clearly states: "Never again".

Review 45：- The location is in a walkable distance from the main attractions and the city centre. - The hotel building itself is very beautiful, and has its charming atmosphere, with the main hall on the R floor being the most impressive part of it. - Luckily, the price that we paid for breakfast was justified by its quality. - The view from the lake view rooms is breathtaking.

Review 56：Small old room, bathroom smelled of sewage, duvet too small for 2 people, had 2 request a nd one, pillows too soft, bar without atmosphere or music, slow service, the fake fire place in the middle looks nice, but makes seating acapacity very limited. Bar upstairs also has limited seating capacity. Jazz bar behind cafe, very nice. Reception staff, were very business like and not very friendly or genuine. Lighting around indoor pool is very bright and unfriendly, general appearance of pool area and such is not warm and luxury.
