Review 1：The SPA experience unfortunately was awful! From the Manager to front office reception attendance. It can be said that the friendliness and courtesy is something that don`t exist in this SPA and staff. The appearance and look of the receptionists has nothing to do with the environment that Hotel give to us. There is clearly a noncompliance between the experience of the SPA and the Hotel. The massage and wellness service is clearly poor for exaggeration practiced cost. What should be the high point of the stay, the ex-libris, became a traumatic experience and willing to become a ex-customer!

Review 2：The hotel itself its beautiful and cosy. Both restaurants are very nice. The staff are very good. Very professional and kind. The room was clean and comfort with a wood rustic style and a modern but efficient WC.

Review 3：Spa at this overpriced hotel open to the public and hugely busy we had robes and room key taken after day 1.Our rear room faced concrete wall even at £500 per night!

Review 5：We spent a wonderful weekend in Nendaz 4 Vallées & SPA. Very friendly staff, the ski lift is right at the hotel parking. Every request was fullfilled. The spa with panoramic view is simply amazing. Great gourmet restaurant. The breakfast was great as well. We will definitely return to this hotel!

Review 6：reception probably the most unprofessional we have seen. very unfriendly. girl didnt even know if there is still snow on the mountain. didnt explain anything about the spa etc, just handet over the keys. spa would be great but children are allowed to enter! sunday has nothing to do with relaxing anymore, screaming children everywhere and far to crowded because of day spa people.

Review 11：Information on website is plain wrong about parking and the spa. Staff does not follow through and is very disorganized. Left after two days (reserved for four) due to too many problems (too many to list here). In high season this place is definitely not for relaxing. And the note "this room category has no view" (the only category left at the time of reservation) means that the windows open to a grey concrete wall a few feet away, with almost no light reaching the room... beware.

This hotel is now well up and running, and it's great, extremely comfortable and pleasant - beautiful decoration and views, impressive equipments, very nice staff, ease of access, close to the action... Fast and easy WiFi, well furnished and reasonably priced mini-bar, coffe machine, great TV and lightning... It's all there. Really one of the best "value for money" I have experienced for quite a while.

Review 45：Staff was courteous but clearly very junior compared to the level of the hotel and came across as both unprepared and amateur (e.g. bell boy telling us how much he's earning and that the day before was too busy for him. Or needing 3 ppl to come to the room to swap an upon-arrival half empty bottle of wine in the minibar, etc). Much too expensive compared to the quality of service, even with a good discount through ebooking...

Review 51：The hotel has just opened and is not very organized yet. Staff not very experienced, reception staff not very nice and totally occupied with answering phone calls etc. Couldn't even help with questions in what restaurant to eat. Hotel restaurant needs HUGE improvement on ALL areas, and is way way way too expensive for what it is, should lower their prices 50% this first year while getting sorted. Spa was nice however totally flooded floors, horrible and wet, water running everywhere. Corridors very bare and more like a dormitory than a nice chalet style hotel. Wall to wall carpet in corridors, already dirty, floors should be tiled in such a hotel. No parking space in hotel, other people had occupied the space, ended up parking on public place in town. Nobody to help with carrying the luggage in hotel or out for that matter.

Review 53：The Standard room doesn't have a view at all! 2 Meter view to a conrete wall from the window! That s cheating the guest and wasn't mentioned in the offer. Poor breakfast buffet. Hotel is Way over priced!!

Review 55：Room was too warm and it was not possible to reduce the temperature. Service in bar/dinner restaurants was very, very slow (because it just opened). Dry sauna was not able to be heated above 60 deg C (because it just opened). Indoor garage parking on a reservation basis only.

Ski rental store located conveniently in same building. Breakfast, including service, was great. Hotel is next to funicular that takes you directly to the ski lifts.
