Review 1：Communication is lacking. When I initially made the booking, I called the hotel to confirm that they could indeed provide 1 room for 3 people. The person I spoke to said yes. I advised him that I would be sending through an email to confirm this - no reply. Then closer to the stay date, my husband contacted Booking.com to advise that we wouldn't be able to check in the first night, but that we still wanted to keep the booking. Booking.com contacted the hotel to confirm this, but we never received a reply. When we checked in - they advised that they had to stick us in 2 rooms because our request wasn't recorded and it was all they had left at that time of night, however the gentleman assured us we would not have to pay extra.Then when we checked out the following day, the nice man wasn't working, and they tried to charge us extra as they had to stick us in 2 separate rooms because the initial request of 1 room for 3 people was not recorded. Apparently the person I spoke to on the phone no longer worked there - which seems to be the cause of the problem. Luckily they had printed out the booking.com booking, which showed my special request, and I had to argue that it wasn't my fault if we were placed in 2 rooms. After the morning staff realised what had happened they sincerely apologised. I'm sure it was just as frustrating for them as it was for us.
Review 2：When we arrived after having a bad experience with a taxi driver, staff were very pleasant, efficient and accommodating, helping us check in quickly and get settled in. They also helped us with an honest taxi service for the trip to the airport the following day.
Review 3：As it was the world cup it was way over priced. Also in the middle of no-where. A few things lacking in that you would expect e.g. a shower curtain.
Review 4：The staff were great despite the language barrier. The food here is really good and affordable. At night they have Churasco going and it is brilliant. Nice vibe.
