Review 1：1) The hotel sign outside the building. I think the 'Octarna' should be written bigger than 'hotel & restaurant' sign. When you drive, you can't see smaller letters, and on the gate, only Octarna is not colored whereas restaruant & hotel was painted white...so it's really difficult to see, if you are driving, or come at night. It's not easy to find when you are already there. 2) Wellness facility was available only in limited time that didn't suit me. But overall I do recommend this hotel!! :)

Review 2：1) Location : it was just perfect, just cross the main road, and walk along the street, there's a old town. 2~3 min pleasant walk. 2) Parking : within hotel area, free and safe. 3) Internet : didn't work in my room, but then the hotel changed room when I claimed, and it worked fine & fast. 4) Breakfast : I think you can't complain, not luxury, but still you have all you need.

Review 3：The breakfast was very basic, not meeting a four star standard. The shower was not working properly. The access to wellness area was overpriced.

Review 4：Very nice place to stay in Kromeriz. Probably the only hotel with private parking. Very nice furnishing in rooms, comfortable matresses and finally a working Wi-Fi access.

Review 5：Breakfast room and its arrangement I would prefer some music or radio there. More fresh vegetables could be better. Industrial cakes are not good, when there is own restaurant right there.

Review 9：We were charged 20€ more for night that it was the rate we got fromBookings.com because they decided that their internal exchange rate is22czk instead of 27czk for Euro. Also breakfast is horrible, on cheeseand salami you that they are offering also leftovers from days before,fruits are more for decorations that to eat... Internet in our room wasnot working! Better to stay away from this hotel!

Review 13：We were traveling for 4 days with our two young children, a 2 year old and a 6 month old. We rented an apartment suite and it was perfect. Great place for children to run around, having a kitchen is really nice, and the hotel has an amazing breakfast. We would definately come back!!

Review 14：Check out deadline is already at 10:00. The restaurant closed at 18:00. The receptionist was unattentive and not at her work place several times.

Review 15：Excellent location at the edge of the city centre, just five minutes walk from the main square. The hotel is located at one of the main roads, but nevertheless quiet. Nicely refurbished old building, spacious room with spacious bathroom. Wi-Fi worked well. Good buffet breakfast. Parking on site available. (However, there are not many parking lots and we were lucky to get the last one. It would be good if they offered to reserve a parking lot in advance.)

Review 16：Chef in the restaurant was not so good, so value for money was gone, considering this is high price cathegory. Breakfast room deserves some radio or music, it is strange to sit in quite small and silent room with strangers. Improve morning coffee!!! Dramatically!!!
