Review 1：The food was the winner. Gerry's breakfasts are of top quality, best I've had. Treat yourself and buy dinner from Gerry. You won't regret it, better than from a restaurant. Gerry and Alice were lovely and accommodating hosts in a warm B&B.

Review 3：We liked everything about this B&B. Tasteful decor, no clutter like in many B&B. Very clean. Quiet with lots of fresh air, feels like the countryside with great landscaping. It helps they are located on a very large lot neighbour to a cemetery. Owners are welcoming and friendly without being overbearing. It had everything we needed. Delicious breakfasts prepared by Gerry with edible flower from Alice's garden. Breakfast is at a set time at a communal table which makes it nice to meet other guests. If the time is not suitable, they will accommodate your schedule. As a bonus, Alice is an accomplished musician and she played a short tune on the fiddle with Gerry on a Scottish tambourine...Absolutely delightful stay!

Review 5：The bed topper had impressions from people sleeping in the same spot. It needed to be fluffed to get rid of the grooves. Upgrade the living room couch. (Wasn't attractive)

Review 7：Fan in our room was noisy (therefore did not use it - important in the absence of AC) - needs to be replaced. The exterior of the building (steps and porch deck) in need of work. Prefer a more casual approach to breakfast - a little too regimented for us with every one it seemed obliged to dine together. A choice of fresh fruit would have been appreciated. Overall a little bit on the expensive side taking all things into account.

Review 21：A little way out of town centre (a good 20 minute walk) and little in the way of decent restaurants in the vicinity (though this is not a criticism of Warn House)

Quite late in the evening when dinner guests had left I brought my laptop down stairs and Gerry eventually got me online. My husband was experiencing back problems so he was unable to get up and down to change the station.
