Review 1：We arrived slightly early (12 noon) to put our luggage knowing that the check-in time was much later but was surprised to find the hotel door locked. We called the hotel no. & no one pick up. We called booking.com international hotline & no one answer. We called booking.com Singapore hotline & need to talk very long to explain our situation, I think my phone bill will be crazy. We finally managed to contact the owner via their handphone through their kind neighbour. The bus to the hotel come every hour but seem to be longer at night after 7pm. We waited for almost 2hr one night (after 8pm) and had no choice but to pay CHF21 for a 8 mins taxi ride. Don't ever think of walking from the train station.
Review 2：We liked the breakfast, the room & bathroom was spacious and clean. The host was nice too.
Review 3：On the map, Brig looks like a fairly small place but in fact it covers a large area and is broken down into many sections. Brig Glis, Brig Zentrum, Ried Brig etc. We were not careful enough in securing directions before we set off and it took us some time to find the place. I also misspelled Ried Brig in the satnav as Brig Reid which turned up no results, so take care

Review 13：Looked after extremely well by the owners Lilian and Tony, who made us very welcome. Dinner in the restaurant cooked by Tony was excellent. At our request Lilian made breakfast early so we could get off skiing in Zermatt and Saas Fe. Rooms very comfortable.
Review 14：The room we were allocated was at the front of the hotel,it had no airconditioning so we had to sleep with the window open and there was a lotof traffic noise during the night,Ask for a room facing the mountains tothe rear if booking.The hotel was very nice but I felt a little pricey for the facilities offered,it had no internet access no air-con,no english TV channel for news and although it suited us is a little bit out of Brig.
