Review 1：The hotel staff was amazing and so was our view. The location was central. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We will definitely be returning and telling all our friends about our fabulous experience.

Review 2：No hand rails in tub area. Husband walks with a cane and I have back problems so we use hand rails to get in and out of tubs. Also steep stairs to pub and grill. Ideally an elevator would have been nice. Only ate there once for that reason.

Review 4：Room was on a noisy parking lot over the front desk. As the hotel was half empty it would have been nice to get a room overlooking the ocean. Staff were rude about very reasonable requests like getting a wine glass

Early in the morning the trash trucks will wake you up. The place needs some updating but for those needing a cheap to stay

We went and got them changed to an ocean view and queen sized beds at quite an additional cost. Then we didn't even get our room made up. We called at 11:00 pm when we got back to the hotel, and they offered to bring clean towels up, but they didn't arrive until 1:00 am.

Review 65：Booked room with booking.com for a room with 2 double beds and balcony as advertised but ended with 1double bed with sofa bed and no balcony. Hotel said it's booking.com advertising error . Also not aware that there is no air conditioning in the room. This should info should be provided in the ad. Only fans are available in the room. No ice machine available. Needs to go to front desk to get ice if you want any.

Review 67：we had a room on the west side, it was very noisy (road and air condition from the hotel and swimming pool)-we couldn't sleep. WLan user access limited. On our 3week-trip in canada it was the worst hotel.

Review 72：The room was noisy from pipes and showers from other rooms, walls were very thin,people were loud in the halls. Did not like that you allowed pets!!(unaware until we seen people with their dogs.) For the amount of the room, can't you even supply coffee mugs instead of paper cups. We will not stay here again, as the front desk staff did'nt even ask how are stay with them was, only concerned about taking our money!!

There should be a better choice for those that eat lighter (smaller omelet offering, for example) AND I love ham but the ham there is spicy/tangy and not a nice medium slice of breakfast ham.***A pet peeve of mine is that the toast is not buttered to the crust...the two last years I have stayed there I was only able to eat the inside part because the rest was dry.***
