Review 1：Disappointed in the room we were offered upon our arrival when the hotel was clearly not full during our 2 night mid week stay. We eventually were given a good room but only after advising we were not happy with the room given.Why do hotels give the worst rooms instead of the best rooms. We were not paying a cheap rate.

Review 4：The hotel is located with perfect view of the mountains and devides in different houses 10m apart from each other. Beautifully decorated with love for each detail. It has 2 restaurants, the gourmet and local specialties restaurant. Great for a relaxing mountain get away!

Review 11：The first room we were given. It was very small, the internet did notwork and there was a cigarette but on the terrace outside which shows ithad not been cleaned properly. It was not good value for money.
Review 12：The food at the gourmet restaurant was excellent. The staff werecharming and helpful. Room 64 which we were moved into was lovely buttoo hot. Breakfast was excellent.
Review 13：beds are not optimal. room 37 had two 80 cm matrass. not confortable. additional sofa bed not useful. matrass too thin. spa: our bid for more finger food in the relax room also for other guests was misunderstood by the staff forbidding us to eat there and led to an confusing situation. our humourous solution was to order the ananas on our costs and to take it on our room. because of snowfall at 7 am they started a snow machine around the house. waking up everybody for half an hour. was unnessesary because snow was melting away..
