Review 1：Not a "substantial" breakfast, though the bread was delicious!

Review 2：Staff were very helpful in telling us how public transportation worked. Clean, great location. Caffe across the bridge was great!

Review 3：Short and narrow bed for 2 people (ok a couple deep in love might be satisfied but if you are looking for a good rest then its just ok for children alas not for 2 adults).

Review 7：Good location (walkable from the train station), and near the castle and canal. Great staff, good breakfast. Nice twin bed room- comfortable beds, and one bed was an extra wide twin.

Review 8：When we arrived the staff member at the reception was very unfriendly and a smile would go a long way. She did not explain how to go to the undercover car park,and she did not tell us, that we had to change lifts to reach our room, only another guest explained everything to us.Without the help of the guest we would be lost in the big underground car park, there was no signs to explains, where to go and where to park.

Review 9：The hotel was in a central location, very clean and modern. The breakfast was plentiful and lots of varieties in a beautiful breakfast room..

Review 10：The entrance via road into the underground car park was a little confusing to tired travellers but ended up easy. You just park in the marked hotel section of the car park and catch the lift up to the reception room above.

Review 12：Wifi was quite temperamental and the pillows on the bed were either a choice of too small or too big. Not great for someone with a neck injury. The buffet breakfast was ok (not outstanding as I had seen in some reviews) but I didn't think there were always enough staff present to keep replenishing the food.

Review 30：It was just on the edge of the pedestrian area with really easy access free parking. We requested and were given a very quiet room. The air conditioning did not seem to be operating but we were able to open the window and that was ok. Breakfast was of a good standard and staff were helpful. This is a "no frills" hotel but nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Value for money.

Restaurant refused to serve me at 9.20, even though supposed to serve till 9.30 (which is too early to shut anyway) - very unfriendly.

The receptionist was not very welcoming and we were surprised not to be let in or allowed to leave our bags. although it didn't affect us, the doors close at 11pm and you have to get in round the back somewhere so presumably the place is nsot staffed after that time.

Review 59：This is a short walk from the centre and the station so quite handy. The room was very big and had a good bathroom and a huge TV with endless channels. Quite a nice view from our window. Breakfast was in a huge room in the basement but offered a good selection of cereal, savouries, drinks machine etc. It was nice to have a breakfast which did not just consist of cakes and was very good for this type of hotel.

Review 60：Internet was weak. I stood at reception desk all evening to use it. I was not a fan of the pillows but my family was. Room for four people was tight since they were two double beds foot to foot and against the walls on three sides.
