Review 1：A bit far from the centre. But if you got the car, not an issue.

Review 6：everything was great. comfortable clean rooms, excellent service, 2 minutes walk to the tram station (you get free tickets to all public transport) , free drinks at the lobby and a very good restaurant (steak house). located next to a big shopping mall.

Review 7：The frosted glass walls of the bathroom weren't great. I'd prefer real walls. The breakfast was expensive so we got food from the supermarket in the mall.

Review 8：It was very family friendly, with a small kids play area. Perfect for travelling with our toddler. We only had a shower in the room, but they provided a baby bath when we asked for one. The water pressure in the shower was great. And it was very convenient to be by the mall since we were just on a stopover.

Review 10：This is one of the most child friendly hotels we have stated in. From the welcome gifts for the kids to the dedicated children's breakfast buffet! Very easy to access from the motorway.

Review 12：The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. They had free tea/coffee making facilities in the lobby where you can drink all you want. Although the hotel is located next to a large shopping centre, it has underground parking exclusively for its guests which is separated from the rest of parking facility.

Review 33：Parking is a bit awkward, I spent about 15 minutes just looking for it. It's a little far from the city center, but public transportation system is excellent so it only takes about 10-15 minutes to get there

Free laundry facility; could help yourself to fruit, juice, tea, coffee, hot chocolate in foyer anytime,which made up for the expensive breakfast option. There was a bus & tram stop right across the road. Modern shopping centre right next door with a self-serve breakfast café, at great prices. Would definitely recommend & stay there again. The best value family accommodation we could find in Basel.

Review 40：This was a perfect hotel for family with children. great location, really appreciated the free bikes, and the ability to have 5 people in one room with a seperating door was perfect for a good nights rest for everyone.

Review 41：We had a family room that slept 4. The room, including the bathroom, was really spacious. There is a separate shower with a full shower curtain (rare in Europe) and a large bath, along with two sinks and bath products. The room had a kitchenette that was very useful, and two TVs. The location was excellent - attached to a mall and just 5 minutes from the tram stop.

Review 42：Een aanrader. Wij hebben hier overnacht op de terugweg naar Nederland, van onze vakantie in Italie. Het hotel ligt ideaal, vlakbij de snelweg en de Duitse grens. De 3-persoons kamers van 34m2 zijn perfect - de kinderen (4 & 1) hadden een eigen hoek. Als je tijd hebt voor een bezoek aan Basel centrum - je krijgt gratis kaartjes voor de tram naar het centrum.

Review 43：We had a family room with a kitchenette. If you are only staying for a short while you don't get any kitchen equipment unless you pay 50 Swiss Francs, which seems steep to me and wasn't clear at the time of booking. We improvised!

Review 45：The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an amazing location and it is near the airport. In the lobby there is always coffee, a large variety of tea selection, juices and water 24 hrs a day together with computer terminals for internet. It is situated next to a shopping center and the tram station is a 3 - 5 minute walk from the hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

Review 46：Our room was large and spacious, accomodated traveling with a baby very well and plenty of space for the baby cot (furnished by the hotel). Very quiet which was great. Large bathroom area with surprisingly large shower. We appreciated the stocked refrigerator (with complimentary sodas, snacks, & chocolate), water, and Nespresso machine. Great location, easy secured parking and excellent service.

Review 54：Everything. Place is spacious and lovely. I stay here all the time. Staff very nice and courteous. There are not very many eateries around though. But a tram gets you anywhere into the city.

Review 55：A group of friends and I stayed here for the Basel marathon. The staff was very accommodating with late check out and the room was very comfortable and clean. We ate at the steakhouse in the hotel twice. The food was good and the service was fast. I only wish we could've stayed an extra day.

Review 63：It was carnival time in Basel which was wonderful but we didn't know this. This meant the trams in the afternoons and evenings weren't running as normal which was very confusing. The hotel staff were very helpful but we had several very confusing journeys back to the hotel. Once the trams were working as normal they were very easy and convenient to use.

Review 80：We enjoyed our stay at your hotel very much. Free travel card was a great touch, the kids loved the 10 minute tram ride journey into the old part of town. The kids loved their spacious section of the family room (Quintuple room) including their own TV. Breakfast was of a high standard, children under 6 years old dine for free, which is always a plus as some children don't eat much at breakfast time.

Review 84：We were staying in a room divided in two with glass door inbetween. The label on the door was in the eyesight of a grown-up and one of my kids walked into the glass. Luckily there was no serious accident there. Hopefully the hotel will get this message and put labels on the glass so kids will see.

Review 113：The hotel is idealy situated near the motorway and near a shopping mall with various restaurant options ranging from fast food to 'proper' restaurants. There is a parking garage underneath the hotel so the luggage in the car was safe. Free juices and coffee are available in the lobby.

Review 123：Our room needed a nightlight. Sounds strange, I know, but the opaque wall separating the bathroom and the bedroom let a lot of light through. We don't like hotel rooms to be completely dark, so we typically leave the bathroom light on. We had to move a small table lamp from the kids' section of the room to the adults' bathroom.
