Review 1：Would have appreciated some müsli for breakfast and not only sweet cereals! The bread was very nice though.

Review 2：The location and the interior design of the room. Very Clean and tidy!

I had many question so, I called the staff many times. He is very kind. always pick up telephone and answered to me. But never came down to the reception. Bathroom was quite small. I never see no tisue paper in the hotel.

I know a lot ppl complained about the size of the bathroom,,, but lets be honest if you are a "normal" size you shouldn't be squeezed and in the end toilet is for quick business not for sleeping.

Review 44：Staff were excellent, especially at the restaurant. As I travelled solo, I thought the location was great, just straight uphill from train station than turn right. There is lift.. TV and a code for the main door if u come back late at night.. Which means the hotel is secure.

Review 46：On my trip to Sion my suitcase was stolen on the train (watch out for that when travelling there). As a 20 year old student who was alone the owners of the hotel were INCREDIBLE. They gave me a phone charger, called the train station, let me call my family back home in the U.S. and treated me like part of their family (which conveniently lives on the top floor). They were the definition of helpful, friendly, and caring.

Review 50：I found the service very good, and had an excellent breakfast each morning. A comfortable bed and great shower with plenty of hot water. Plenty of space to spread out in the room. Very close to shops, the station, restaurants and ATM's.

Review 55：Lack of parking and difficult to find. Smallest bathroom I can remember seeing almost impossible to use if the door was shut. Very basic room. Limited television none of stations according with the two menus provided, no programmes in English

Review 59：The hotel was very expensive for what we got - 220 Swiss Francs for a three person room (husband/wife and child). The room was small, but worst of all it was loud from the street noise, hot (no A/C), and the hotel light was on for most of the night outside the hotel...bringing light in the room. Without air conditioning, we were forced to keep the windows open to get some air, which meant we heard everything on the street (many cars screeching around, people yelling, etc) and lots of light came in the room, both making it very difficult to sleep. The value, given all of that was terrible. I would never recommend it. I flet like we should have gotten a partial refund, but no one was available at the front desk when we checked out in the morning.
