Review 2：The front desk staff were all awesome, friendly capable and accommodating. Availability of gym and pool facility was a bonus!

Review 3：Pillows on the bed were too flat and hurt my neck and mattress was painful on my back. The heat in the room did not work.

Review 6：The television must of been 15 years old if not older, it wasn't a flat screen and might of been a 30 inch screen. For the price of the room a small bar fridge would of been an asset.

Review 8：It was a chilly October visit and I was expecting to warm up in the sauna which was unfortunately not in operation. The heat in the room was difficult to regulate. I was chilly at times even after attempting to turn up the thermostat in the room.

Review 15：I couldn't stay there .Smell in the room was really strong.My guess is your carpets have been there to long and to much cleaner in them.Also went to sit on chair in lobby because we were waiting for our room at 5pm (still not ready)and when I sat down the other side flipped right up.Had a good laugh but went up to the room went to sit in chair and almost went to the floor.Didn't laugh that time.

Review 17：1980 TV set with limited cable channels. A/ C was very loud and couldn't be shut off. No A/C was even needed. Carpet tired. No ironing board/fan No bathroom fan. Hotel was VERY overpriced and nothing special. This hotel was the most expensive during our week long stay on PEI; it was our least favorite.

Review 24：It is overpriced for what was offered. The rooms border on being tired-the carpet was worn-the chairs actually had foam visible where they had worn out. For off season and providing nothing for breakfast we were disappointed. When we booked at that price we felt we would have had a much nicer place to stay. The other hotels we booked thru booking.com were cheaper and nicer

Review 62：Our room was in very poor shape. The rug was badly stained? One of the chair cover was torn. The desk and table were heavily scratched and top of both was peeling away. No note paper or pen on desk. Fridge and flat screen TV shown on promo pictures not there.

Review 64：On the morning of May 2nd, there wasn't enough staff in the dining room. From what I could see there were only 2 waitresses. One had taken our order, along with a request for a glass of water (which we never received) we were served coffee but we waited for the cream, the coffee was luke warm by the time we got the cream! She did bring another. We had a simple order of 1 egg each and 1 order of toast each. After 15 minutes we LEFT, with no breakfast, which may have been made but probably sitting under a warming tray. (How long does is take to scrambled up an egg?) Our waitress, was so busy checking out the customers, and making sure her tips were in her special pouch, she obviously forgot she had customers waiting for their breakfast. Hire more staff, I'm sure there's lots out there that would be glad of a job. BUT DON'T FORGET TO TRAIN THEM PROPERLY. The Island doesn't need bad publicity.Helen PEI

Review 65：tried to register by calling the 800 number and that did not worked out. person dealt with was very difficult to understand and after having given her my credit card information insisted I would be charged right away and I knew that was not the norm. I told her to forget it and I registered online which worked very well.

We had a terrible sleep and were quite tired the next day. This came as a surprise, because up to that point, we absolutely loved the hotel.
