Review 1：The room was cold when we checked in and there was not a proper lock on the door to the room (bathroom doorknob push lock only on the front door). The room was a bit 'rough', but was fine as the bedding was clean and we needed the space and had a pet.
Review 2：The family room had a separate area for the 3rd bed/master bedroom. The sheets and blankets seemed quite clean.

Review 5：There is no absolutely no soundproofing between floors. All the early arrivals were given rooms on the first floor. Late arrivals were given rooms on the second floor. Our sleep was interrupted by people settling into the room above ours, we could hear every footstep.The owner would do well to leave rooms on the first floor available for late arrivals.

Review 9：The place was not as clean as the last time we stayed. The beds had duvets with no covers and showed spots (blood? Chocolate?) on them. The gardens which had been tended to last time were weedy and unkempt.
Review 10：Owner was pleasant, beds were comfortable. Had air conditioner. Necessary in the 37 degree heat. Free parking. Swimming pool looked clean.
Review 11：Unfortunately the building itself is older and not very soundproof. The people upstairs sounded like a herd of elephants. The "free" wi fi could hardly be found by my iPad and the few times that it did work it was extremely slow and timed out.
Review 12：It was a converted Quonset very small balcony wasn't clean the rail was rotted kitchenette poor shape and no table at all to eat off restaurant on site closed at 4 PM had to go out look for supper

Review 14：We had a Room with separate kitchen and this was just perfect for our stay. Everything was clean, WiFi was fast and bed was very comfy. Manager on checkin was friendly. Pool is quite nice and clean too. Location is perfect to explore Wells Gray Park. Nothing to complain.
Review 15：Room was hot & A/C did not work properly. Fortunately by the time I arrived, the outside air was cooling, so the fan blower did work & that helped. But overall it was too warm!

There was only oneplate so we asked for one more only to be told no because our staydidn't include use of 'kitchen' in room!! The front of theair con unit kept falling off too! Worst place we stayed all holiday.

Family suite sleeps 6 but only had two small glasses and 4 coffee mugs (dirty at that) along with a few very dated other supplies. 3 towels only even though booking advised them that 5 of us staying. At 4am woman walking around talking into walkie talkie in our building for over an hour. Probably security but very annoying. Would not stay again probably however it was handy and cheap to be able to have 5 adult family members in one room.

Review 41：Bathroom door didn't close, Outside door didn't close well either, couldn't engage the deadbolt. Air conditioner worked, but couldn't change temperature as knob was missing, and if you touched the unit it fell apart. But it did keep a conistant temperature.

Review 51：We needed a place for one night on our way traveling through Clearwater. This is right on the highway. Though it was an old style motel the facilities were excellent. The linen was lovely and the bed very comfortable. It was very clean. We would stop here again.

Most 4 stars hotels would not meet this standard. We also enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant in the morning. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.
