Review 1：The apartment is pretty old, and not very clean, the staff walks in with working/hiking shoes. What's more important, the quality of the staff should be improved: 1, did not speak English; 2, never at the reception, no matter 8pm (we check-in) or 8am (we check-out), you have to shout or desperately wait; 3, knock our door 2 times at night to let us pay (we have credit card guarantee already, this is similar as previous point, that he never shows at the reception, you have to wait in your room for his appeareance); 4, want to let us leave by Sunday, but we booked and paid until Monday, we have to show the booking paper to him to explain his mistake.

Review 3：Arrival during specified hrs -No receptionist, no one answered phone. Nosign of any life. Waited 30 mins. Appartement - kitchen basic, fridgehad no shelf. No pans suitable for gril/oven and didn't work.Bedroom had no curtains,bed side tables. First night bed broke due toikea bed but not right size slats. Never saw a soul until our lastmorning to complain to. A most disappointing experience overall.

Review 16：Too far from railway station. If you have no car and will depend upon public transport then please do not book it. But if you are ready to pay for a taxi because after 8 pm there are no buses then its a good place.

Review 18：The gentleman at the front desk only spoke German. One of the bathroom lights was out . There wasn't someone at the front desk often and while the view was beautiful the restaurant in front of the hotel blocked a good part of the view.

Review 21：Nice cheapish hotel on the outskirts of Brig, but when you factor in the 30CHF cost of the taxi to get there, not so cheap. Try the 632 bus instead, only 3.40CHF on that. Lovely big room with huge bed.

There is a brilliant restaurant directly opposite the hotel which I would definitely recommend. Quiet location and there was a sofa on a terrace outside the room so we could sit and enjoy the view while having a drink.

Review 35：Location is far away from the center of Brig. It's Ried Brig, butnot Brig, different place. It takes 15 mins bus plus 7 mins walk fromthe Brig station to the hotel. If you have swiss pass, it's not abig issue. The host's English is not very well. They speak German.
